Here's the problem. By the time October rolls around that dark ride has been on the road for months and is nearing the end of the carnival season. Most of the tricks and props inside have stopped working and won't be repaired until the off-season. How do I know? The SC State fair is in mid October and all the dark rides are barely functional. As a lover of dark rides... it is extremely disappointing.
Once again, great installment. Seen a few glimpses of Flying Witch being built up at Niagara. You both do a great job with this channel and interest. Take it easy....
wow, i rode this in newburgh NY at the Newburgh Mall a few years back. It really has let itself go, seems that most if not all the scares arent working. When i went, it had creepy music playing inside, and the props did move, or at least light up with the whistle/bell noise as you got close.
First off, love that there was no line, awesome luck! Riding it during the day made it easier to see what was inside, that was fun. And heat warnings are not pleasant, I usually bring a parasol with me just in case. Off topic, Amy's dress is so cute!
I'm Curious, What kind of camera did you use? Did you use a video light or just a nice high ISO on your camera? I filmed inside one at the York Fair in 2013. It's part of my York Fair Cinematic Video from 2013. I also noticed a Spirit Halloween Wacky Mole in this one. Very Cool.
These rides are terrible. No scary music inside or anything. This one that you rode had only 2 working animatronics compared to the one at the state fair here in Arizona (which has all of them working, but they're not scary). I wish I could buy one of these dark rides and spruce it up to have some real scares in it.
Thanks for the upload! Love these!!
I love trash like this! it reminds me of being little. Thanks for sharing you guys!
I get the feeling it would be a better experience on a cool October evening, but thanks for braving the heat and giving us a look inside 👻

I love carnival dark rides; unfortunately, this is another example of one that hasn't been kept up. A lot of the props weren't working as they should.
They actually improved this, believe it or not. Just a couple of years ago, it had only three non-working stunts instead of ten 😂

Carnival dark rides are pretty good. You never know what your going to see. That laughing ghoul was pretty cool.
I love these kitsch rides, it always surprises me how narrow they are from the back. ❤
Glad I was able to help you guys with the heads up on this one! 🤘🏻
It was cute thanks for the ride . When I was a kid they use to do flashing lights and loud horns in those rides 😂 thanks guys for the tour 😂❤

Think it had a nice
facade? 😃
( I did too!)

I'm pretty sure I just used my phone to film this one ...we happened to be in the area and saw it while driving by 🧛
@darkridedracula Hey that's cool. I'll have to check out more of your dark ride videos
Wacky mole clown, tombstone terror, and lucky bottoms
