No idea how this dog managed to survive due to 3 meters water and mud that destroyed the house and all the houses in the village.
Today the village has no life , all villagers have lost their houses and had to move in other village or town.
Some people are still in foster homes .
We managed to find the owner of that house and the dog's of course and we have found out that they still in foster home.
We have their dog in safety until they find a new home to move in.

I don't know any Vet that would shave and bathe a dog at their clinic. They would delegate that to assistants. What a Vet!

Storms, floods all after weeks and weeks of huge forest fires.
The people there have really suffered.
As has the wild life and the family animals.
From the last time I watch the video it has gotten worse with many deaths I am so sorry that that happened my thoughts and prayers are with you and everybody in the in Greece

The climate change around the world is just horrible. We only see what's in the TV news. Sad to see places like this also hit really bad as we don't even hear or see it in the news. Thanks so much for sharing and saving these animals.

Wow. This broke my heart to pieces. Poor little dog. Where are the owners? Unless they lost their lives , there is no excuse for leaving it behind. I have 4 dogs, and it be fire or storm, I’m not leaving without them. I’m also sorry for everyone whose home was lost to this terrible disaster. God Bless you Ermioni for rescuing this beautiful darling, and all that you do for them.
Same here! I can literally only fit my human family, my two dogs in their crates, and our emergency kits in my hatchback car if we had to evacuate. But we would never, ever leave any of us behind! Leaving a dog behind is like leaving a child behind- never!!!
Same! During Harvey I stayed in town because I have 4 rescue dogs total weight is 240 3 rescue cats and a rescue 🦜! Have a place 80 away in the country way up hill.I take dogs n bird but couldn't safely take cats without their kennels. Everyone was giving me 💩but not an option 2 leave my 3 babies. It was bad n thought dang how am I going 2 keep us safe? But we made it n it blows my mind how anyone could leave them behind. 😡 ❤❤❤
I hope that areas that have been affected have a board for contact finding someone and animals

I seen some shelters flooded out on FB, i also seen some dogs unable to escape the fires. 😱. Its complete devastation in many parts of Greece , and the animals as usual always suffer the brunt of it. Thank you dear Ermioni and team for everything you do to help. 🙏

Heavens! I had no idea there were storms like that in the Mediterranean . I'm so sorry for all the poor animals (and people) who drowned. It's terrible. I can see the fear in that little dog and the deep sadness in her eyes. Thank you again, Ermioni, for all you do. You are an angel to those helpless little souls who cant take care of themselves. It wasn't the storm itself that caused this. It was the government trapping the water on purpose.

Apparently, her "family" decided she wasn't worth the effort and just abandoned her. If this is the reason she ended up in such a horrific situation, hell has a special place waiting for these monsters. Pets should never be left behind. NO EXCUSES!!!
The dog looked like it had never been taken care of in the first place before all of the storms and mud. Poor thing looked neglected and such a sweet dog. I agree with you.

I watch the commercials and share to help you a little Ermioni and wishing that everyone is better after the storm and I know how devastating it can be because I live in a tropical country and every summer there are always threats of hurricanes.
I hope that the people evacuated from the sea shores have taken their little animals with them; It's not right to leave them to their fate!😢🙏❤
