I got Covid in July of 2020 and my body hasn’t been right since. The stiff neck, sinus problems, mucus, fatigue, bone pain, migraines and brain fog all still happen on a regular basis. For some odd reason it does seem to get reactivated when I go out and I’m around other people. The next day I usually feel awful and I have to stay home. I’m also completely intollerant to alcohol now as it brings raging migraines. I’ve tried a lot of the long Covid drugs but they don’t seem to be a permanent fix although they help. Fasting and avoiding sugar seem to help as well. This whole thing is a total nightmare.

It's funny how it affects people differently. My mum was ill for two weeks in 2020 and it hasn't affected her one bit. She's 80 in November. She doesn't drink or smoke though and walks most places. My eldest sister who had the jab though, mum didn't, is constantly ill.

I honestly feel like I got it in 2020 and it pops up every few months. I have some of the same symptoms from my initial infection. I’ve never tested positive for covid though.

This person (if they have the scenario correct) is believed to have had long Covid for 2 years. They AREN'T contagious!!! Also sewage water is treated/cleaned before going into the outlet to a natural waterway - it does NOT go into the drinking water supply. Some of you with the snarky comments need to do a better job of listening & or reading. You're going to feel better (safer) if you have a better understanding of what is or isn't contagious & whether it affects you in any way.
Even when sewage is treated here in CA, trace amounts of Rx has been showing up in tap water samples from excreted materials from people taking the meds and going to the bathroom in the area. Some things make it through treated water and if an Rx can, the virus possibly can too. You know this shit was made in a lab so now telling how they mfg this shit to live in our bodies and out.

I wonder if this is a case where the viral DNA has become "fossilized" within this person's cellular DNA, AND has done so in a way that causes the viral DNA to be expressed to produce viruses. That was what the novel and made-for-TV movie "Carriers" was about. The events of that fictional story were sensationalized. The good thing about discoveries like this is that they are achieved through diligent investigation. You find more seemingly troubling things when you are diligent, and you may as well consider it likely that the discovery is a bit piece of a larger picture. It might be that if such cases are found and treated, then the virus could be denied a way to eventually spill back.

@queentinadoire6931 Unless the mask is well fitted and of a certain medical grade, it is only as effective as how many people mask around this person. It helps prevent the spread of droplets when sneezing, coughing, etc. If you wear a mask with gaps, and are exposed to droplets, you can still very easily catch the virus around the mask or through the membranes of your eyes.

Come to mention it, I got sick before delta in early 2021, and I'm still battling chronic fatigue. I wonder if I'm still carrying it~
I’ve had Covid several times, but never got a fever or bad sore throat. With each infection the illness is worse and takes longer for my lungs to heal. The first infection, arguably the worse strain, was much like a bad cold. It didn’t spread to my family. I am otherwise healthy, low BMI, no medications, take vitamins, and eat organic when possible. I tested for antibodies after the first infection but was negative, I tend to think it was because I didn’t get a fever. This time I’m going on six weeks but with bronchitis and asthmatic symptoms. Some researchers say the immune system doesn’t fully clear the virus for some people and fragments remain in the brain or gut, I’m probably one of those people. I wonder if blood type matters.
