I liked the music bed in this clip. The evening version of STAR presented the Regional and U.S. Observations, then Air Quality readings. My assumption is MeteoMedia viewers saw their EarthWatch report as they did during the afternoons.

Just realized, for the STAR 4000 viewers, the evening segment at :38 and :44 past the hour, were the only two local forecast segments with a Regional, National and U.S. Observations scroll. Meaning, the Regional Observations was only displayed twice during the evening format/hour.
