Lmao he had just beat Bobby green and got a shot he hadn’t beat anyone of note. He beat Charles then fought a feather weight lost then fought the feather weight again with no notice and won. Dustin has a better resume than Islam despite Islams 3 defenses.

This is going to be a really hard match up to predict, on paper, Islam Makachev is one of the most complete fighters on the roster, pound 4 pound No.1, his striking, grappling, wrestling, all aspects of his martial arts game is absolutely top notch, but on the other hand we have Dustin Poirier, a true veteran of the sport, who has got some of the best boxing skills in the sport, and is crafty enough to set up traps and get the job done. All it takes is one shot for DP, like in the BSD fight. It’s going to be an absolutely incredible match up and I so excited. 😊
