Accepting you can only control yourself and nobody else. But sometimes, not even yourself because how do you really unlove someone? Just slice off half of that love and pour it back into you. And ...don't do or say anything to affect the outcome or make them realise or anything. This reading resonated significantly because it was more so that you were describing me as the person hiding my dark past . I don't think I'm hiding things from him, not even my weaknesses and addictions I'm struggling with , but I know I struggle with coming to terms with things and struggle with trusting that he really sees and loves me.
