WNYP Oil City Local Interchanges with the OC&T in Rouseville, PA 4/18/24

After running through Oil City, the local comes into Rouseville, runs around his train, and shoves it north just short of the Oil Creek & Titusville Depot. This is where WNYP leaves its interchange cars for the OC&T to take to Titusville. Afterwards, he comes back south over Route 8 light engine, then picks up his outbound cars for Meadville and eventually proceeds back south. I also included a little bonus clip at the end of him picking up outbound gondolas in Franklin.
