For streets in the new med area behind Cardinal appts, there is a high tier loot spawn on either side of that square pillar in the middle of the room in the blue book and folder on either side at chest level (they are often covered by the books). Patch 14 I got 5 LEDX from there even after the loot nerf on streets using both my scav and pmc that only made it to about lvl 25. *I cant say for sure that it didn't get neerfed in late patch 14 or patch 15.

Tarkov 1.0 should be releasing very soon, as soon as we get the new map 1.0 should be right after or at the same time
