Have you ever thought of making a breakfast quiche? A favorite around here. Our favorite is ham, green Chiles and cream cheese with cheddar cheese on top. I just buy the frozen premade crusts. They work better than the refrigerated ones
If you heat your oan first really good. At some oil or butter and then add your mixed eggs in. It wont stick. You can stir it really well amd it will be done in no time and your eggs will not dry out during the day.🌷
