Truth be told, I'm a total heathen and our love of this sport is probably the only thing we have in common, but I like Derek anyways. He seems real easygoing and doesn't try to be anything he's not. Really refreshing when you consider the fact that bodybuilding is home to a lot of big egos and personalities. Lol.

I love how you said you have to want to be in the gym I’m not even a bodybuilder and I agree with that. I just love being in gym training. a lot of people want results but they don’t want to go to the gym I get a lot of compliments on my physique and tell people get in the gym! A good recommendation for you Derek you mentioned about you sleeping with the soreness of that workout I would recommend ichot or mineral ice on your joints just befor you go to bed it will loosen up the smaller fibers in those areas

Great vid, lol that’s why I stopped doing front raises, felt too pumped in the front as I was doing rear delts after so I just do shoulder press and shoulders look same if not more round since I focus more on side and rear now and not on the front so much

I go based on “feel.” I don’t have a set time… but I would say 2min max
