Never to repeat, I learnt a lot of lessons, and yes healed and healing
"i miss our Morning Coffee..." is what tugged at my heart a wee bit. That was our code for..."hey watcha doin? Want me get you some coffee?" We used to work together - a while back -at night, so it was always in the day when....you know. him & I have a lot of shared memories...and i have been feeling his energy all of July and I feel he is "just around the corner.." But i have not seen him in a year...we have not spoken for 5 months...and I healed from him and I never want to go back, this situation nearly destroyed me in 2023 when after 7 months of silence i decided to take him back. THAT is what i regret and I swore never again. I will hear him out...but I just cannot go back to him, i have worked too hard to heal myself from this connection to have all that healing come undone. But I will take the last step...and forgive and relase. thank you.
So true. A lesson indeed. It made me question my very own life. And not only mine... Never ever felt like that. Hell on earth. So glad it is "over" as much as it is possible. After 9 years. I deserve so much better for sure. And I will never understand how I deserved that. Karma is my hope.

Accurate as always, I'm working on myself and my future goals to stable a job long term. Im done with the past and never going there again. I know that i said this more than once with my addiction. I need to have more control over my body. Im not gonna risk it again unless i know there is something going on both parties. I almost ended things but in the end i wanna be friends. His been there in my life 6 years and helped me. Im the one who kept choosing someone else so i can see his pain.
