COAST GUARD MANEUVERS

Fort Bragg, California. Noyo Harbor. February 3, 2025. I drove into the North Harbor District and was lucky enough to catch some Coast Guard Practice Maneuvers. My guess is they were practicing approaching and connecting with another vessel with no on onboard to assist. The one boat has boat fenders out but there are no crew members on the deck. The second boat approaches and slides in beside the first one. That's my guess what do you think?
