I think Riruka is still a better pvp unit, considering she is range and has debilitator weakening. But i could see this ichigo as a great nuking unit potential, but very likely depending on AI in PVP. But in PVE, boy this guy is gonna rekt the shit out of every speed raid. One thing I'm disappointed is his 3rd is pretty much a revamp of dangai ichigo, and his voice at the end of the run is exactly same as dangai as well, put some work in god damn klab, its ur main character of the game.

Ivan Chandi you go to any character where you've unlocked the character link slots and then you browse through the effects a linked character can give you and you choose the ones you need in order to complete the challenge. they'll literally day "strong attack cool down" and the normal attack one you're looking for.
