カットマイヘアーって表現はありなんですか??ググったら自分で髪を切るって意味になるって書いてありました!
意味は伝わりそうですが、無しだと思います。
I cut my hair だと、
主語 動詞 名詞 の並びになるので、これって第3文型って形なんですよ。
文型は日本語の訳し方が決まっているので、「(名詞)を(動詞)する」という形が決まってしまい、I cut my hair(私は自分で髪を切る)という訳になってしまうんですね。
I get(have) my hair cut が正しいですね!

これは留学経験が1年あれば99%わかる。逆言えば、この程度が分からなければかなり苦労する
「英語音声のみ」が嬉しいですね。日本語音声不要です。英語シャワーを浴びたいので。
