I bought a used 5th gen. It didn't come with the strap but the apps look different than the 4th gen. Apps the one in the vid looked like the 4th gen. Anyway I love my ipod 5 it loads faster and bigger screen great camara and basically everything else is great too!!!
Got my 11year old one for christmas in blue. He has the iPod touch 4th gen. Is the battery better on the 5th gen? His battery dies after an hour or so on his ipod he's using now.

Thanks for the tips. He had his brightness nearly up to full. So with his new one will set it a lot lower. Tbh I would love one myself. I have the ipad air but it's not as portable as the iPod touch. I also love all the colours.
i have one it is amazing the battery it depends i mainly use mine on youtube, instagram, and facetime so my battery goes out very quickly but i recommend it its the best ipod ever.

It's weird it seemed like the front facing camera had better quality and they can't make an iPhone that thin unless they cut Down the battery and the in-core processors
@sarah sheldon you can get texting apps ( Text plus ., text now , text free , pinger .) I know they have texting on them but you can get calling on them
