Thanks. I built a bog filter thanks to you. I have been managing to keep it clean with a 50w solar pump and plants. The pond was a three seater indoor spa. Cheers mate for your vids. Much enjoyed watching!

I built a bog filter using your instructions, and it is really keeping the water in my container pond clear. Anyone looking for a diy bog filter should try it.

There’s tassel cord rush and milfoil. I’m not sure which one you mean, if you search both of those up… it’ll be one of them. 👍

Thanks for the great video Kev. May I ask; can these methods be applied to a pond designed for Dragonflies and Damselflies?

Can be applied to any water filtration, the filter size changes based on the bio load. A pond for wildlife should balance itself very easily.

I have an actual serious question (rare for me) .. In the event of a major storm, how do you manage overflow in your amazing garden?

The ponds in front of the house both have overflows. The rest just overflow and flow with the natural contours of the land. Pond drainage and overflows do you need it?
