- In this tutorial, I'll guide you through the process of creating a minimalist artwork using mixed media techniques. We'll start by applying a unique texture crafted from aluminum foil and vintage book pages, firmly secured with a binding medium. Next, using a limited color palette, I will develop a minimalist piece atop this intriguing dual texture. Once the painting is complete, I will add a final collage touch using 300 gsm paper that I've pre-oxidized, adding depth and character to the artwork. An important tip: keep pets out of your workshop for their safety and to avoid ruining your work. However, in this video, you’ll see how my charming Persian cat, Siena, managed to sneak into the space. Discover how to handle these situations and more in this exciting art project!

To wyjątkowy obraz,przywodzi mi na myśl "list w butelce". Może być doskonałym przekazem dla bliskiej osoby.Kartka starego pergaminu, pióro i tekst od serca, nanieść na płótno i cudowny dar dla potomnych.Może to być własne epitafium , nawet dla Madrytu.Pozdrawiam 🎨

Tengo un problema: cuando superpongo colores, no consigo el efecto deseado, sino una mezcla sucia de todos ellos.
¿Puede ser porque uso pinturas muy fluidas? De ser así,¿puedo hacerlas más espesas con algún aditivo?¿Debería, quizá, esperar unos minutos entre cada color?

¡Hola! Por supuesto, puedes usar español conmigo. 😊 Respecto a tu problema, sí, el uso de pinturas muy fluidas puede dificultar la superposición de colores sin obtener el efecto deseado, o que uses mucha agua, con esta técnica es con el pincel seco. Una opción sería espesar tus pinturas agregando un medio o un aditivo para hacerlas más consistentes, como por ejemplo medio espesante: Agregar gel acrílico o un medio espesante específico para acrílicos ayudará a aumentar la consistencia de tus pinturas También es una buena idea esperar unos minutos entre cada capa de color para permitir que la capa inferior se seque un poco antes de aplicar la siguiente. ¡Espero que estos consejos te ayuden! ¡Saludos!

Beautiful colours over the fabulous foil based matte dear Sergio. I always see the aging or times past when you use those lovely old pages and then delicately almost cover them ,a few lines popping through here and there like meaningful words once expressed and hopefully left an impression on someone. Now the rusty coloured rough paper… my imagination is still working on this! I love it! Bravo!
