So the reason their Japanese singles are different from their Korean singles, and different from most Japanese singles from kpop groups, is because they were written and produced by the people who make AKB48 music. Seeing as how the Japanese members were from 48 groups and the man at their helm was credited as co-creator of Izone, you can say that they were the closest we have ever gotten to having a K-pop group that made real Japanese idol music.
This is basically real japanese music, unlike other kpop groups that releases kpop music and just sing them in japanese, these songs were produced by japanese producers
You might notice in both their Korean and Japanese songs they have a lot of hand movements. IZGIRLS are known for their hand movements and their insane synchronization
Fyi. Producer of All IZONE Japan Discography is Aki P. He also a Producer of idol group 48group & 46group. For IZONE Korean Discography, Their producer is CEO. PLEDIS Ent. for Flower era ( Color*IZ,Heart*IZ & Bloom*IZ), after that ONE era ( ONEIRIC DIARY & ONEREELER) IZONE's producer is someone from CJEnM.
having grow up in a country where i spend my childhood watching kdrama's and japan tv show makes me realize that jpop music sound are not for everyone like most of people who like kpop. but for izone japanese song for those who having a hard time to listen, just give it some time and listen to it accordingly and you will surely will be liking jpop too
Iz*one had an elegant concept and their Korean title tracks were basically the flower related and they did a lot of elegant handwork and showed a lot of pretty formations with all the members
Suki to Iwatasei and Beware are beautiful to hear on this Sunday morning, they gave me great joy and energy. All their mvs are so beautiful to see obviously for the aesthetics of each member but also for the choreography and scenarios that leave you mesmerized. However I'm starting to feel sadness for their disband, and I also think that they could be the perfect girl group comparison with Seventeen (besides the dance talent it seems to me that they also have a good line distribution and a good screen time for every member like them).
Also check out their other Japanese tracks, Neko ni Naritai (my favorite) and Gokigen Sayonara ^_^ As for their Korean B-tracks that have MVs, check Sequence, Airplane, Spaceship, as well as separate MVs like D-D-Dance and Zero Attitude ^_^
Need you to reaction such a reality cause iz*one will be more powerful precious group on they own program like iz*chu or enozi cam. So we cant get over it util now 😢
So weird to hear these songs after so long, the Japanese singles were... not so liked (other than 'Suki to Iwasetai'), at least on Wizone reddit/tiktok. I mean, they did great in Japan, just not internationally. They were mixed/edited really weird and sounded old (1st-2nd Gen). Honestly still feel this way haha Guess this is why I listen to Kpop not Jpop!
Sorry if this seems overly harsh, but when your group is temporary and uses up that time (at least a month for each of these Japanese singles) to release something that sounds/feels thrown together... I remember AKB48 fans feeling sorry for us Wizones. They said we got scraps lol

THIS.
Almost producers who produce their Japanese tracks are Japanese unlike most of other K-pop groups. So they're different from others. I love them!

Buenos Aires its The most difficulty choreo of the group, the amount of formations, the stronger movements and the Dance Break it's def top tier.

Out of all IZONE MV concepts, I love Vampire visually the most. They look so stunning and gorgeous.
