My mom used to say as long as you remember and talk about your family and friends, they live on. This is such a wonderful touching video. Mrs. Googalinski must have been really great. Mr. Yaeger was like that. He was a fantastic artist. He could draw the figue in motion with the best of them. We need to share what we love with others , so they can be inspired to do the same. You are amazing. Thank you all the best.
Fun, encouraging post. Didn't start painting until a couple years ago - 63 - and I am like I am 5! I give my pictures away. "Look; I made a picture!" My grandchildren are all painting now too. I love the unpredictability of watercolor, so that is my medium primarily. I looked at your work... loved the pansies especially. Thank you; you encouraged me today and didn't know I needed it.
I have followed you religiously, since I discovered you. You are definitely a source of inspiration to me. I wanted your book as soon as you started talking about it, and when the The Advanced sale was open - I was one of the first ones that purchased your book. I was so thrilled when I received it! It is the best book I have ever invested in. I have read it through several times and refer to it at least once a week. I do go to the book club as often as I can and also listen to the recordings. Thank you for this gift Stefan !
I’m in the UK, and my son has his own house clearance company, and you wouldn’t believe what people bin. I have two beautiful Victorian watercolours, beautifully framed. Because I’m an artist, he knows that I would have been furious if he’d taken them to the tip! They are now on my wall! 😊
Sir, I love your videos and this one especially so that I may share it with elderly who are highly sophisticated and efficient but think their life is over.
Stefan I also appreciate your encouragement. I’ve made art for sixty-five years which includes disappointments at not being a good marketer. But now that’s irrelevant. I will continue making art for ever…….
Beautiful. 71, started last year, can’t stop. Your words are a great encouragement and are in keeping with my own thoughts. I recently told my daughter that this is a way for me to always be among you in your homes. Wish I had started fifty years ago, glad I started now. Thanks again.
One of my paintings sold to an elderly woman. It was bitter sweet because I thought it was one of my best. My daughter laughed and said when the lady passes my painting would be at a garage sale. I almost cried!😂 but yes I’m “out” there!!!😂

the key to immortality - study with Stefan Baumann!
Paint what you see, so people can feel what you painted. Heard that from a movie once, and I love it❤️
