If you will try to understand her answer, she made her point strong. No matter how rehearsed it may sound, she actually answered the question and still able to promote her advocacy. Reason why she was chosen to represent Ph in MU.

Imagine Miss South Africa,Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Mexico, if Patch was our candidate in 68th MU edition it would be useless. So Patch was a MU material but she should not join on that year because it is very difficult to get back to back. If Patch will join this year i would agree.

While Emma tiglao has the best way of delivering her answer.. these two coud have been better representatives of Phil. in Miss Universe.. nothing against gazini but in miss U.. you need to be a well spoken woman...
