THEY SAY NOT US '''By the mid-20th century, ductile iron pipe was developed as an improvement over traditional cast iron due to its enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. This innovation further solidified metal’s role in drainage systems.
    Conclusion
In summary, while lead pipes date back to ancient Rome around 2000 BC, cast iron pipes became prominent starting from their installation at Versailles in 1664, with widespread adoption occurring throughout the 19th century as cities sought better solutions for sewage and drainage needs.

I think it’s likely that advanced civilizations had single tier societies rather than top down bureaucracies. Voluntary committees of people in each area of expertise would be a much more efficient use of human resources, and create a peaceful, egalitarian society. This would be an excellent time in history to implement such community based structures.

Epic! Malta, Sicily, Sardinia are the places with megalithic structures and no proper interpretation. More and more scientists admit that there was an advanced civilization that was wiped out by some huge cataclysm prior to us. If they were at our level (probably they were higher) they might have invented concrete that was based on lime. Lime based products are way healthier for both people and buildings even nowadays, especially when you are dealing with high humidity environments. I do agree with Paul that it was lime-based poured mix. Definitely technology just a bit different from ours.Maybe in thousands years, when we are wiped out, our concrete structure will be considered "natural formations"? Thank you, Paul for bringing this to us! As people suggested here - why don't you contact Graham Hancock? That would be awesome to see you guys work together :) Greetings from the Sardinia - the land of the giants :)

THIS is why people with expert skills in the trades (plumbing, stone masonry, etc.) are FAR better at interpreting these ancient mega-structures than simple archeologists who don't know what they are really looking at.. and say it was all done with ropes and bronze chisels. Like the guy in the comments below who doesnt understand that just because a date is carved into the stone, it doesn't mean that's when it was built! Common mistake made in Egypt.

    • @highlandcow4765
      @highlandcow4765 5 дней назад

Simple archaeologists date these structures from 1450bc so that's 3500 years of fortifications. Malta has some of the oldest megalithic sites in the world - it is accepted that they are older than the pyramids in Egypt. I know plumbers that can't fix a leaking tap that they fitted two weeks prior.

    • @driveboy317

@@highlandcow4765 This constant trashing of dedicated archeologists in favour of a suburban plumber is really quite pathetic. Also, when you point out the cold slab casting joints, some of them seem to be diagonal. What's the explanation for this? Surely it would have been easier to build with cast blocks using horizontal joints. I'm sure you've already answered these questions, but I'm late to the party. Sorry!

The main trench is from the 1400s, but some structures may be older, i belive there is probably a mix of old and modern structures there as well as some later reinforcement, could be related to military activity in order to strenghten up the old fortress in a non wisible way from the outside or just because of structural issues that occured ower time my guess. Those led cables are probably old electric conduits led shielded electric conduits has been around from the 1880s to the 70s, so hard to tell how old they actualy are, may be WW1, may be 1940s, may be 50-60s or re used military installations from the war... some of the cliff channels may probably be remnants of old water drainage or water collecting systems, some of those may well be from the 1400s.

@@kbenk108 I am not sure why the cables where dug down in the cliff, but one theory i have is that it was to protect them from sabotage with a rifle from distance which would explain the stone lids, another could be to protect those old style cables from the sun, i think the older channels where probably for water distribution or for sanitary and the stone lids prevented water from evaporate in the sun i guess, i know the Romans did use a similar system, but i think some of those on Malta are much older than the Roman empire. Those rounded fortifications are from the 1400s the rounded dorners where to protect the structure from old time cannon balls, a round wall made the old type cannan balls to bounce off instead of smashing away a big chunk as they did on the old type square corners whan cannan balls made of iron where more widely introduced in the 1400s. most cannanballs where however still made of stone in order to keep the manufacturing cost down, the iron balls where designed to create a breach in walls or break timber in the ships masts so the enemy ships could no longer manover properly. against soldiers it seems like they loaded the cannons with all kind of stuff like pieces of old chain, blades made of iron bars, etc, i can only imagine what those would do to a troup of soldiers... I fully understand why those old forts where seen as hard targets one should avoid any direct attack on if possibly... ha ha One reson for rendering old walls where to make the surface even so the enemy could not spot any weakness in the structure. Malta has a genuinely interesting history, this is just a small part of the surface of whhat is left there to discover! some of those rock structures date back to early stone age.

what do both of these having in common, theyre in places that were inhabited by the roman empire, go look into the sorts of works they did at that time and you would see that this isnt anything different, i think its specifically around lake nemi and the water feeds and underground viaducts

I wonder if you do any actual research or just wander round making up ideas as you go along, as this video makes it seem... 🤔

Maybe they prepared for the massive blocks of ice of the hailstorm in the book of Revelations in the Bible?

Can we please have a real archeologist explain who could have built these megastructures? I mean, they are impressive, and your chain of thought seems true, but I´m also interested in hearing a scholar's opinion.

Question for all humans, how do you call yourself the most advanced civilization when you can't replicate none of the stone work that exists on the planet in more quantities than Walmarts🤔🤔🤔🤔

This ditch is no different that stone quarries that are still in use all over the world today.

@KidCracken are you unaware of the recent STL files on 40k year old vases? ... Most important, ask yourself this, if these are nothing more than simple Quarries and basic stone work. Why are governments going through such extreme lengths to stop people from doing any further studies with modern technology versus what you've been told with a ruler and some caulk 200 years ago 🤔🤔🤔.... The pyramid to Giza to this day produces an electromagnetic field and humans still can accept that it's a machine 🤦🏾🤦🏾

Bubbles in sedimentary rock? No way! Not natural. Sandstone is sedimentary rock. Bubbles form in volcanic rock like pumice. Lava rocks have lots of bubbles. It has to be liquid to get bubbles. This is even more proof of your geopolymer theory!

It could be the most spectacular quarry in the history of the planet. It means nothing because those are owned, someone else’s bricks. Therefore, who cares… really.
