Glad you did optimized settings and DLSS 75% resolution scale makes the game look sharper. I hate when people just do preset tests make them just look like noobs. So it’s safe to say my RTX 4070 Super will get 120fps+ with 1440p, Optimized settings, DLSS 75%, and Frame Gen on.
Awesome guide. This worked for Rtx 4060 too. Now I have 80+ fps for fg off rt off and around 130 when fg on rt off. Having rt to medium gives 70+ and 100+ respectively at 1080p with dlss set at 65%. 🎉🎉
If you want to play at 4k 60 fps dlss performance is the right choice the only game that I saw that runs bad is star wars outlaws but that game has forced raytraycing
I can't get Frame generation to turn on. I have a 4070 and I get a message that says my graphics card doesn't support it. Hardware acceleration is turned on in settings and everything is set up per steam's instructions. It doesn't work.
@@rx58000 i did more research i need to buy a new monitor. Modern gaming is so friggin taxing. seems like i'm always playing catch up. just dropped $600 on a graphics card to play this game and now I need a $300 monitor to fully enjoy it.
@@rx58000 Also taking a break. I'm furious right now at this stupid tiger boss that seemingly knows where I will dodge to so the only way to beat him is with perfect dodges and he moves so fast he just appears in front of me and im on the floor for him to ground and pound me while im immobile. This game is fun, but wow is it extremely hard. Might not feel so hard if it wasn't 45 minutes fighting one boss to fight 5 minutes of trash mobs to immediately spend another hour on another boss. I get it, that's the game, but damn...really china...did u have to make the game borderline unplayable, while also making it cost $1000 in upgrades.
The slider doesn't work like it is intended. Choosing 75% render scale will default to the typical dlss quality scale of 66.66%. I believe it is anything between 62 and 89 will default to dlss quality which is 66%. Anything above 90 will default to DLAA. This is very misleading on Nvidia part. If I'm not mistaken this only happens with dlss , and other cards the game accepts the 75% render scale or whatever scale is chosen.

@@kracx132 and it doesn't look graphically as good as wukong either.
So what's the difference between PT medium and very high? Lower bounces?
Low > GI + Shadows
Medium > + Reflection 1/2 Res
Very High > + Reflection Full Res , Particle Reflection , RT Water Caustics
@@rx58000 Thank you so water caustics gets completely disabled at medium.

What does that even mean , is your monitor 60 hz ? You don’t need to use frame gen if you’re only targeting monitors frame rate
Gg bro
Maybe its me, but during the 2nd scene when you turn on rt. The game looks stuttery af?
Is it just the recording?
you're correct, RT is causing stutters and it get's worse in the next levels. Currently Playing with RT off
Typical DLSS Quality sit's at 66% Scaling While in this game There's a DLSS Slider with range between 25-100%
