The first position is based on science. Usually/mostly man are born with longer/bigger/wider body. Girls are born with longer legs. Longer legs will have stability which is also affecting the center of gravity

For the first one with the hands behind the back, it is because girls' and guys' center of gravity tend to be different with girl's center being towards the hips and guy's being toward the chest. As for the second one, I as a girl can't do that because my Achilles tendons are too short. Girls' Achilles tendons tend to be more flexible. (Ig aside from me that is.) I assume the third one would be a similar reason to the first? Not sure. The fourth one is mostly because of the difference in shape of girl's hips in comparison to guys. But if the guy is really flexible it is fine.

I don't think it has anything to do with gender. AFAIK Asians can do it easily because they are used to squatting and sitting on the floor when they eat. Usually white people can't do it because they are used to sitting up in chairs when they eat or go to the bathroom.
