I actually do this whenever I'm stretching or doing some warm up exercises before dancing and I'm biologically a guy. I've been dancing since I was a kid and I'm 20 years old as of now sooo I think that's one of the advantages of dancing.

This remind me of when one of the coaches at indoor track & field was teaching some of the girls a way to practice balance. I got curious; so I went and asked if I could try. The exercise was stand on a balance half yoga ball. The platform side was facing up (Platform was cracked/broken but the damage was not affecting the ball and it still worked). The exercise was getting on the ball and doing squats... They were failing to do it and when I tried I may have done it not perfectly (a bit of wobble) but I stayed on and was doing better than all 3 to 5 of them combined... I may when I have time, since I have terrible balance stand on 1 leg and practice my balance.
Gonna have to try this later, bc I don't believe that only women can do this, I believe it depends on the person's good balance and I for one have no good balance!
