No it's not, look at how the weapon is held at the end of the animation, they can't be the same

i think that pullout matches better with the sov theme and the details are so much better on it
the pullout of sovereign blade is the half of neo frontier melee pullout i guess and mix it with blade animation.

if the new sovereign bundle had the black/purple variant I would've loved it but they literally removed one of the best variants for such mid variants

I thought I didn't like the animations of RGX but it turns out I just didn't like it specifically, since Overdrive is better and Sovereign is current best

IF the sovereign costs 3500 vp I would say it's better immediately, but for now rgx is right there.
Riot's gonna pull some bs and upcharge the knife making it 4350 rather than 3500. It uses rgx blade animations so i really wouldn't be surprised.

RIOT games cannot match the quality of the previous skins. I think the last good bundle was the NEO Frontier, and then afterwards it went tits up and now any decent skin that has even an ounce of uniqueness about it (Kuronami), costs an arm and a leg. This game is dead, content wise.
i think the problem is that riot always try to cover skins flaw with something. for example the valiant hero bundle,the reload and the pull out is amazing,but the gun it self is just ugly and it’s same for kuronami.i wouldn’t say that game is dead because they don’t release good skin tho

RGX Blade is like a top 2 most overrated melee in the game. Sovereign is insane easily the highlight of the bundle.

imo why the Overdrive flopped was because the RGX animations aren't compatible with bulky designs it was SOLELY made for RGX and they should've kept it that way cuz none of these look as slick as the original. it's pretty much unbeatable in it genre.
