Is the Audit Log Management Service just required to just read the logs, is that the service that's responsible for creating the logs, or are audit logs captured by BTP by default? I understand that there are two plans available (central and default), so I would have the same question for our global account; is logging turned on by default, or do we need to add and configure a service to enable logging?
