May I know sequence of the chakras in the music.? Is it from crown to root chakra?
I had a large operation on my stomach for cancer approx 7 years ago. The scar goes from well below my waist line to above my bellybutton and approx 9 inches in length. Evertime I get to the solar plexus chakra my tummy fills with nervous energy.. Would this be ok or normal... Namaste 🙏🏻
