Where's the bathroom?
Colonel:
Time is running out theme...
@@m74568 Yeah, time is at the essence. I need to take a leak before it's too late
A sense of urgency, of impending conflict and sorrow. Regret to follow.
The stuff tragedy is made of.
Well-said.
Colonel unofficial theme
one of the reasons i loved this game....the sense of tragedy and urgency and panic really set the tone xD
Am I the only one who feels sad when I hear this song play? I dunno, the melody just seems to represent Iris' sadness as her worst fears have come true, her brother will have to fight the Hunters. This is even more sad to listen when you play as Zero.
Kinda sad hearing this theme if you'd look it in another way.. The whole fight with the Mavericks against Repliforce was a huge mistake, everything would've turned out well if they'd continued to ally themselves.
Megaman
This whole story plot was tragic period..
no bro, is the same feel, the track got sad tunes within
It seems like a desperate scramble to stop things from happening.
U can hear the urgency in it and even the level itself is telling of it.
Enemies are set up in a way where u can utilize everything u have to get to the ships entrance(and therefore colonel) as fast as possible, it's like x and zero are going all out trying to make it onboard b4 the shuttle takes off.
And I definitely get that it CAN be sad seeing as X and Zero both KNOW they are racing towards colonel and he will TRY to stop them.
the feel of this track is a mix of sadness and pressure
SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT!
I will show you no mercy, now GET READY!
X: I gotta stop Repliforce from getting away!
Zero: Damn it, Colonel... You better see that what they're doing is wrong!
Probably my favorite level just because of this music. X4 undeniably has the best music out of all X games.
Favorite boss, however, would definitely be Magma Dragoon since he was personally trained by Ken so he could fight X and Zero. :D
Akuma actually
X5 and x6 ost are better but okay
idk i love the x5 ost a ton as well
@@geniusme707 me too
@@dreamcastdazia4753 x5 and 6 had ok music. X and x4 dominate in the soundtrack dept
As great a game as X4 was, the final stages felt somewhat underwhelming. This stage can be completed before the music has a chance to loop, and while the final weapon stage was longer and had more to it, right after it is the boss rush and Sigma. I enjoy these final stages, I just think they were a bit too short and simplistic for the game's climax.
In the same token people complain about the zero stages in x5 being too difficult, especially that black blob boss, and the ones with the spike coming out of the wall. X5 to me was a perfect game with impeccable controls and gameplay. Forgot the gimmicks of the countdown, and you have the best X game.
@@joystickcasaa8148 I actually enjoyed X5's final stages. The music, the atmosphere, definitely a little more meat to the bones as well. I think X2 does the best in final stages, but X5's are fine. X4's aren't even bad, just a tad undercooked. Still a fantastic game.
@@joystickcasaa8148sadly i couldn't get into x5 and beyond it felt a bit lost without inafune sadly
Kinda disagree. While they are a bit easy, they're still well developed stages and isn't too easy to beat. If these stages got longer, it wouldn't really be good even for the sake of "final stages".
Yup, I agree with this. I just played X4 for the first time recently and even though the game was amazing, the final stages were... Somewhat disappointing. Like, the bosses were easily the highlight of the final stages.
And then we have X6's final stages, which are... Just a mess (like the game itself, would you look at that xD)
X5 may be a divisive game, but to me it had the best final stages of the PS1 Trilogy: Not too easy, but also not too difficult.
This is the "Oh Sh--, you're almost there! Race to the finish!" music.
the famous "Hurry up!"
Beauty nostalgia and memories with this song
This song is amazing
Colonel is like he's pointing where the bathroom is
*COLONEL!*
*I'M DISSAPOINTED IN YOU COLONEL!!!*
*HUAAAAHHHHH!!!!!*
First thing to come to mind looking at the image in the video
Stop the couP!
Never.
Someone must stop Repliforrrrrccce
Nostalgic even the first time I heard it...
I don't even know how that works.
Even though the colonel and iris did not have a good ending, I am glad that their counterparts from another timeline got to be together again. It is not all tragic in the end.
but they died too!
@@christopherbravo1813 pretty sure Colonel.exe survives the BN timeline
@@larrychilders6599 depends on your definition of the term
@@christopherbravo1813 Exe counterpart of Wily reconstructs them and they became the protectors of cyberspace
@@shinzankuro hence why I said "depends on your definition of the term".
technically two characters called Colonel and Iris survive the BN timeline, but it is impossible to know whether or not they retain the memories and experiences of the originals. they are more than likely replicas at best.
this game have some coinscidence, storm owl in the game are an ex repliforce man, that's why this music is the same from the space port, with some instruments thus.
I'll show you no mercy!
Now get ready!
My brother's favorite song.
me too
Chivi Terasu xD
Your brother got taste...
Same.
X:Fast Zero we don't have time to waste!
I'll show you no mercy. Now get ready!
he and general were manipulated by sigma.

Colonel is pointing at space. Later, they go to space. Mind blown.

perfect ost to go airport xd
Love this game, except it should've been harder
I’VE LOOKED FOR THIS SONG FOR YEARS
Fits perfectly the high school themed stage of Megaman X Dive in the Attack of the Thugs event.
Que temaaAaa
Everything is turning into dust for megaman x series due to insufficient fanbase :(
that is complete bullshit, megaman has one of the biggest fanbase on any game out here, even more than half life or anything, the thing is, capcom is not spending budget on games like this, due to the lack of online, or the amount of gameplay to justify the price for the game
@@NicolasSilvaVasault bigger than half life? that's an exaggeration, Half life is better than megaman, both in community and game design. yeah they're two different genres, but Half life didn't win 2 Game of the year awards, many other awards, and had a bigger impact in terms of being revolutionary with their storytelling and technology for nothing, I like both games but comparing Megaman to half life is like comparing a motorbike to a Tesla Car, seriously nicolas, compare it to the plataform shooting genre like Metroid for example , don't disrespect half life like that again, you clearly missed the point by making this useless comparation.
now back to the main point of this discussion, I would agree with you if megaman 11 wasn't released some time later, and guess what: it was a hit! so Megaman x still has a hope, if they try to change some aspects from the X series while maintaining it's core gameplay and style, then it will get the same or even surpass the sells of Megaman 11, Capcom just need to find out the perfect balance between oldschool and Reimagination, let's hope this doesn't ends up like that poor RE3 remake and something more like RE1 remake, if you understand what I mean: Take the Core gameplay of Megaman X (which is basically the same as the classic series) but add new things and new ways to play with those features in such a way it increases the fun factor and decreases the frustation. the trick here is to find balance, which I hope capcom can do.
This stage is very short, lackluster, dull, and boring. At least the music's good. I rather play through the maverick stages instead.
My favorite game I love Megaman...😭🤩😭😍😭🏆😭...
Colonel: I cant let you do that Zero !
This that its on now music i love it.
1:12 I am so irked that they don't play the final verse of the spaceport music on the PS4 version.
There is a game where Iris comes back but she said the same things but zero said no when she said come with me zero but zero said no Iris what am I fighting for if I stay with you
obviously X4-X6 its too much better than X7-X8,in the gameplay and in the graphics, but X8 still good man
OBJECTION
Colonel is Phoenix Wright in disguised.
so epic this music is.
カロンとホーネットマンとイギーとブルースと緑棒確保
Will always remember this one.
Maybe the dude really is PHOENIX WRIGHT!
0:48 I'm at the door
GBA 049 This stage is short. I wish it could've been better and longer.
yes =D
ju ja ju
This game had great music, plain and simple.
I completely agree. Every stage's music fit the ambiance of that level beautifully, from the tribal drums in the jungle to the twisted, sinister organ of the Final Weapon. Everything fit perfectly!!! Mega Man X4 was, by far, in my top 3 X games. I wish they had done a better job with X7 and X8; they had the potential to be really great games with their prestigious history. It's a shame Capcom felt such a need to cater to that whole "everything-in-3D" craze back when they came out. :'(
X8 is honestly ok
GROUND WAVE
Isn't it ground crush?
Colonel looks like he's probably saying "I accept your challenge...X!(Or Zero!)"
yea, i always play with zero only to revenge the fight that iris interrupted
READY
Bring back memories
@AegisNeglector x8 is good.
More like "OBJECTION!"

My fav. Megaman ost ever, long live to x4
Don't really know what you're talking about. X8 was ace and had great music.
In my chillhood, i lose this boss so too much
I love Playing Mega Man X4 Rosalina!💙
