      No, I don't understand basketball fans' obsession with players doing everything themselves and not joining other great players. I grew up in England, watching soccer where you would question a players passion and motives if they did not join the best teams in the world. Why would you not want to put yourself on the best team possible. The goal is to win, not to carry a team to the finals.

      Warriors are winning so we're back to "KD ruined NBA" and "Warriors are too good" narrative. When they were losing to Rockets it was "KD ruined warriors" and when CP3 got injured it was "Warriors are just lucky". You literally can't win with theese people.

      Is this sports or Politics LeBron had 2 all stars in Miami and KD had 1 all star in OKC. It's only right that the script is flipped for KD's benefit from enduring 9 years of ball hog basketball while LeBron can stack up all stars and shooters and be called goat for it

    • @Night-uq6gk
      @Night-uq6gk 6 лет назад +32

      LORD KEITH Good job trying to make it seem like KD didn't have a team in OKC. In 2012 OKC was a great team and both teams were overall evenly matched but Lebron was just better. OKC choked a 3-1 lead to the Warriors in 2016, so that team was good. But for the past 2 yrs the league hasn't been competitive because KD joined GSW, while the league was competitive when Bron was on the Heat.

    He won’t but Broussard is right he needs to go to SA. The Spurs with a healthy Kawhi were owning the Warriors last year in the wcf game 1. LeBron with Kawhi is putting two of the top 3 players in this league on the same team and that would give GS fits. Or Houston but James Harden doesn’t play defense and CP3 can’t stay healthy.

    • @austindubose1

      That was one game and not even the whole game. Many teams have dominated Cavs and the Warriors in the first games of the series only to be eliminated at the end.
      And Kawhi not a top 3 player. 🤦🏾‍♂️
      If Lebron is smart he better stay in the East cause if he goes to the West he might not even make it out the 1st round next year in the playoffs. 😭

      Michael Land how the nba was still competitive. Boston has a legit chance to beat the heat in the east and the west had a few teams that we’re arguably better than the heat. When kd joined golden state it made the league non competitive. They only lost one playoff game last year and it was after they were up 3-0 in the finals. You’re just a non objective lebron hater

      Michael Land The NBA was still competitive when Lebron joined Miami, he did that to compete against Boston.
      Meanwhile KD left a 60+win team to go to a a 73 win team he choked a 3-1 lead against in the playoffs He also joined a reigning MVP and a team only one year removed from a championship. Sorry but it's not nearly the same thing.

    I think LeBron should go to the Golden State Warriors. Here are a couple of reasons. As an athlete he wants to set himself apart from all the other greats. Can you imagine if he joined the GSW and they went 82-0, then 4-0, 4-0, 4-0, & 4-0 in the playoffs? Have a PERFECT season. Something like that would never happen again. Look at GSW when they went 73-9, they didn't win the championship, and now the team is kind of, on some levels, an afterthought in history. Plus he could win several more rings. Then in 20-30 years from now, all that would be remembered is how he has a ton of rings and was on a team that had a perfect season. How many people can say that they did something that will never happen again? Plus, there's nothing stopping him, what did Kobe say in his " Kobe System"commercial "Where do you go from the top? You go over the top." (see commercial here: brockkirby.com/the-kobesystem/ )

Lebron's melt down in 2011 Finals is WAY BETTER than Bill Russell and Wilt chamberlain 1969 Finals also
    NBA finals 1969
    Wilt 32 years old
    Bill Russell 34 years old
    Game 1. Russell 16 pts chamberlain 15 pts
    Game 2 Russell 9.pts Chamberlain 4 pts
    Game 3. Russell 11. Chamberlain 16

    Game 7. Russell 6 pts , chamberlain 18 pts.
    Jerry west 53, Pts 40 pts , 39, pts 42 points. MvP IN THAT FINALS

  • @DannyG_49
    @DannyG_49 6 лет назад +4

    Truth is there’s no ideal landing spot for LeBron basketball wise. He’s never been in a motion offense and never paired with a commanding coach, so San Antonio doesn’t make sense. He’s not an off the ball player, he’s on the ball, so Philly doesn’t make sense. Even if he wanted to play off-ball, it’s not what he does best. His best fit is actually Cleveland, where he is the undisputed King, but he has to accept the fact he might never win another title. That’s just the reality of the situation.

      SanAntoBalla He might. Not saying he can't, only that the fit would be unique compared to what he's typically looked for in his career. But they might give him the best championship odds, even if getting to the Finals will be much tougher than if he stayed in the Eastern Conference.

    • @DannyG_49
      @DannyG_49 6 лет назад

      Erik Lerstrom I wouldn't say zero shot, he has a clear shot to the Finals. Only has to worry about Celtics and maybe Sixers. Much tougher road in the Western Conference, he's never had to deal with that. The Warriors only make it look easy because they's so good.

      If LeBron goes to the Spurs - LeBron and Popovich would both give & take a little
      LeBron would have his offense at times but he'd have to allow the Spurs system to be in place too.
      LeBron needs Popovich because he needs someone that can rest him.
      He also would benefit to have someone like Kahwi who could score efficiently and could focus on guarding KD
      But saying all of that, I think either Houston or the dark horse, Boston will sign him
      LeBron wants firepower. He wants another superteam like Miami.

    Lebron doesn't need to go to the Warriors to win, he needs to go somewhere where he can at least get more than 1 minute rest on the bench, Lebron needs to play in a system where he is not so ball dominant and play off the ball,that way he don't have to work hard and score so much, at his age he shouldn't be relied on so much

    • @xaviervega468

      Well said. He's so dominant but you can tell he gets exhausted.
      And the more he does that, the harder it will be for him later
      I'd say Coach Pop would manage him absolutely perfectly. But Kahwi needs to sign long term for LeBron to commit.
      Mills, Green, Kawhi, LeBron, Aldridge would be one heck of a lineup

      Tyler Thomas that Celtic squad is stacked with young guys that have experienced what’s it like to be In the playoffs. They have depth and good chemistry getting so close to the Finals without their 2 key guys. LeBron joining that squad would allow him to play less minutes than 42 a night. He could play 30-35 tops a night. It’ll be easier on his legs and ready for playoff time.

    • @TDOG9640
      @TDOG9640 6 лет назад +1

      I think's tough for his decision between the celtics and 76ers. I feel like from a fit perspective celtics are much better for lebron if he and kyrie can get past their differences or whatever. However, 76ers have a higher ceiling in terms of what talent they have right now. In my opinon embiid and simmons have higher ceiling than tatum and I see brown as maybe a jimmy butler at best (still really awesome). But I think 76ers young guys have HOF potential though tatum might as well but in more a paul pierce kind of way, not a freak of athletic nature, just a pure scorer/player.
      All in all i think it comes down to being able to play with Stevens and ainge. Ainge has proven he is a sociopath and will do anything to make the team better. The amount of picks they have to either get young talent (I think Sacramento next year and the Memphis pick(protected) the year after) or trade for a star like Davis/Leonard or whoever has to be extremely tempting.
      It will be a fun summer for sure.
      Side note lebron has never played for a legendary franchise. I know people talk about los angeles I think the same thing goes for boston. bring a title or multiple to the celtics would be something that puts him in a pantheon of legends.

    • @elbimio4u
      @elbimio4u 6 лет назад

      Tyler Thomas IMO the playoffs showed Tatum is the one with the higher ceiling out of him and Simmons. Embiid and him are equal potential wise to me.

    At least someone said not all rings are equal. Some GS fans think KD's rings mean as much as the ring LeBron won in Cleveland.

    I've said San Antonio too. Pop and LBJ would be a good combo. And I say that as someone who lives in LA.
