I switched my version up recently. Ive opted for marsh falts and godless shrines and play stalacite stalker. It can get big fast with the land destruction and solitude non epherated still helps pump him. And the silent clearing can help descend too. But i cut one ephemerate, and one giver of runes and only one lion sash. Its clenched some games in paper having menace. Thanks for the videos! Ive also thought about maybe a splash of green just beisejui leonin interaction. But feel the deck takes on different feel all together.
Stalker is interesting but I don't know if it's at the level of the current modern. Adding green can also be interesting but it's the same. Thank you for watching! 🙏🏻

i have a hard time convincing myself to care about modern these days. The format is beyond solved and extremely hostile to death and taxes.
The format is horrible because it's not fun at all. It is not only hostile for Taxes but for everyone. There are too many brainless free wins, coin flip wins. Even a beginner can win against a very experienced player. The format is paying for all the mistakes made in the past and present (leyline).
@_DG_ have you played any standard? My buddy has been brewing a lot and I've been playing a gb insidious roots deck! It's a very fun format if you don't mind not playing taxes XD
They power creep is very real. Leyline is effectively changing things. Almost like any deck can run it and splash binding. I've decided to run vindicate and loran because of it. Death in taxes is in such a bad position for awhile now. I've seen leyline versions with binding and cloak ...
@@HashmeenKanjari LOL. I don't play Standard unfortunately. If I had to choose a format besides the modern I would play Legacy. If things don't change it will certainly happen.
@@jessoftherocks Can you put the link to the list here? You're right Leyline is a horrible card, it doesn't allow construction since it takes everything away at 1 mana, but I was a mistake even the Triomes
