Really good movie. It shows us all the hardships that Chinese youth have to face and to overcome to make their dreams comme true. I really enjoy watching it.
I liked it. But if you prefer sweet dramas - Handsome boy appears in her life, saves her and the day. The Happy End - this one is most definitely not for you
Sick, dark, uncomfortable, sad (but maybe true) film...i don't like it...was a waste of time to watch it. The best part of it is the last 5min in which characters are talking about their hardships and how they finally overcome them. 😔

In 2020 he played the Wu Feng character in WILD GRASS According to Wikipedia biography. After l watched a bit l got bored, not my type of film, and l hate smoking non stop in movies, Not a good idea advertising spmoking and drinking for young people, it is no solution for problems to be solved. And the usual cliche beautiful woman meets her match is worn out, too many of these movies. Sorry, could not watch the whole movie. Disappointing. Bye.

Interesting film weaving together the stories of the 3 main characters. Superb acting though I wonder why none of the gangsters had guns only knives.
The stories were based 90s so gun is hard to find in taiwan unless u r police.
