We use mosquito fish at Cape Fear Koi to get in all the nooks and crannies to chase mosquito larvae. They multiply like the plague.

If those dogs do have owners then I hope they take them to a vet. Dogs can very easily get a condition called garbage gut which is basically a type of food poisoning in dogs that can be fatal and is caused by ingestion of random garbage. I've seen some nasty cases come into the clinic I work at. Obviously not your fault considering they came onto your fenced property and you had no idea they were out there but I hope that they are doing ok. Try getting some dog food to leave out for them and if you do get ahold of them I would suggest taking them to a facility that can scan for a microchip to see if they do already have an owner or if you could potentially adopt them. Good luck!
Those minnows don’t know how good they got it. They don’t have any predators except for birds and a few other things.....
