@@mindfreaksunny3848 dave is undergoing calf implant surgery. Goes to show how if you're with the wrong group you can be affected by body dysmorphia even at an age when that shouldn't even matter.

On the ketogenic diet the primary ketone is betahydroxybuterate. BHB. BHB prevents the breakdown of leucine which is the body’s way of sparing muscle. Rather than on a carb diet there the body doesn’t need glucose so it doesn’t break down the muscle for glucose. It just breaks down more fat to make the ketones.
I had an aortic dissection in July of 2015. They also found 2 AAA's in addition to the dissection. I now have 10 stents installed, also had 2 carotid bypasses. Currently at 57 years old, I still train 3 times per week, no problem...still a 300 bencher lol...

First time question here.. 36 y/o male with low T and overweight, I was recently put on TRT pellets subcutaneous implant of 2600mg test every 5-6 months and once weekly injection of Wegovy (semaglutide). What do you think of pellet therapy versus other forms of TRT, i.e. injections, gels, orals? Also, any thoughts on adding another super supp like Winstrol or Anavar? why do you do this to yourself instead of trying to lose weight the normal way by cutting food as countless have done before? this is a really short term solution that wont teach you any healthy habits and you will probably bounce back with the weight if you dont plan on taking wegovy for life. Your low t is most likely a symptom of bad diet, no exercise etc. Man the people are so in a rush to fix things overnight. Winstrol or ANavar are not super supplements, they are anabolic steroids which you as an obese person have no business taking.

Dave! What happens if you take clenbuterol while on Nebivolol . Nebivolol is the most selective beta blocker so it seems like it wouldn’t block the fat burning effect, only the increased heart rate. Is that true?

Equipoise is awesome for women. Well, for me, anyway, I won't speak for all women. I love the stuff on off season. I'm extremely low dose and have seen marvelous growth from it, and very minimal side effects- some acne when I come off of it. And I'm still pretty 😎 I guess I'm lucky as a womens physique IFBB pro that I have been able to stay really low and conservative in the PED department. Good genetics, thanks dad!

I shouldn't laugh, but they found a small soft tissue mass during a CT scan, I had my spleen removed in a near fatal accident, it was residual spleen tissue.
Apparently, the consultant didn't read my medical files, then it was passed on to a multi disciplinary team and they finally figured out the obvious, it was residual spleen, they thought it may have been cancer.
