Hi Ran! Thank you for this review! Try and fit in "Stay" from Sugarland. Another is "The Father, My Son and the Holy Ghost" by Craig Morgan. Great songs! George
I know you posted this a year ago, but I just came across it. I did not realize how much I NEEDED your reaction. My mom raised me in church, if the doors were open, we were there. God has been with her through cancer, a kidney transplant, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis. I found out today she has Alzheimer's. I am going through a myriad of feelings right now and really needed the reminder that God is Good all the time, and He will keep us close to His side. Thank you.
I’m glad you enjoyed my reaction to this beautiful song. Trials come to make Us Strong and He will never leave nor forsake us. I pray for you, your mother, and your Family. I know God is with you and I’m sending so much love your way. ❤️
Sending prayers 🙏. I'm a colon cancer survivor ( stage four ) even during chemotherapy treatment I knew Jesus was there . At my lowest when Drs gave me 72 hours to live i have onto my faith ! Now 10 years later I'm cancer free ! As I was in ICU hooked up to IVs the pain was the worst I have ever felt but then I looked up and there stood my Dad and brother who had passed the year before . My Dad was a preacher and he sat at the foot of the bed and my brother stood at the head . They said God's not ready for you yet . You still have something to do . My brother and Dad passed six months apart . My Dr still says I'm a walking miracle . Praise God 🙏 .
I love your spirit God is filling you and showing himself through you....God is blessing others and you....what the devil meant for evil in your circumstances...God is using for good...never give up.☺
You're so strong in your faith, I think you would really like the song Saved, Delivered, and Healed by Carmen. A great man of God, may he rest in peace with our Lord! This song means so much to me. I was in a severe car accident. I was accidentally tossed out of the back of a truck. I landed on a concrete bridge. I had two broken hips, a broken leg, severe road rash and bruising to my face, head and body. The Lord saved me, delivered me, and healed me! Praise God! Today, I can walk, and take care of my disabled son.
Other songs dealing with some kind of domestic violence that will tug at your heart strings includes martina mcbride - independence day, jason micheal carroll - alyssa lies, suzanne vega - luca, and rush - everyday glory. Rush doesn't have a video for their song so just pull up the lyrics.
Try listening to nothing on you by Cody Johnson please!!! Also try Chris Stapleton Tennessee whiskey , broken halos & fire away.. you'll love all of those I promise
@@ranxstreet i think you're the first reactor that really caught that part of the song. Most reactions I've heard to it completely glance over that part.
@@markcain9312 I try my hardest to listen to everything going on in a song, the background music, voices, everything. So if I missed something it’s literally an accident from me listening to everything. Also I’ve experienced some supernatural things and Jesus always stepped in right on time so this song really resonated with me.
You make me feel comfortable watching a really uncomfortable video. What does that say about you? You have a warm comforting soul. You make me feel comfortable watching this video. I thank you for your kindness. Thanks!
I didn’t like nor listen to much country growing up but sometimes it’s all about timing. I found country when the time was right for me. I’m 47 now and got into country in 1993 when I was 21. I was driving and was just in the frame of mind to get lost in a song and the right one came on (All These Years by Sawyer Brown) and it stayed in my ears, my mind, and in my heart for days afterward until I had to buy the CD. That’s how it started for me. I love how country songs paint vivid pictures and that each one is its own story. I’d love it if you’d review/react to Alyssa Lies by Jason Michael Carroll, All These Years by Sawyer Brown, Not That Different by Collin Raye, Till I Was A Daddy Too by Tracy Lawrence, Remember When by Alan Jackson, You’re Gonna Miss This by Trace Adkins, Just A Dream by Carrie Underwood, Don’t Take The Girl by Tim McGraw, Matches by Sammy Kershaw, I’m Not Strong Enough To Say No by Blackhawk, and I Still Believe In You by Vince Gill!!! That, my friend, would give you a nice look at how great country music was, especially in the 90s (the best decade for this genre). Country tells it like it is and if there’s any emotion that you’re dealing with, this genre will bottle those feelings up and make music that will hopefully help you. I still listen to Metallica, Phil Collins, The Platters, The Commodores, Skid Row, Josh Groban, Luis Miguel, Lara Fabian, etc., but I find as I get older that my comfort zone rests in country with its relatable stories.
Country music snuck up on me in middle school and I listened to a few songs then so being introduced to more is pretty cool. I find I do like the genre most of the time. I’ll definitely try to check out some songs on your list.
@@ranxstreet Thanks Ran. I always thought it was hokey, corny crap music growing up but it took one song for me, like I said in my posting, to make me rethink my thoughts on Country Music. I still thought it was crap but I liked that one song. Then I bought the cd and liked the whole thing. So, I tried listening to Country Music on the radio and I’d be fine until a lame song came on and I’d switch stations to another genre. What helped is that Country Music in the 90s was so f’n much better than the Country Music today, seriously. And when they’d play a hokey song occasionally back then it was interspersed with numerous songs that made you feel something, think about something, often both. I loved the stories and some of the best singers back then were in Country. JMM does sound twangy but it’s legit because of where he was raised and his music crossed over a lot. All-4-One covered his songs I Swear and I Can Love You Like That. Both were JMM songs first that caught on to pop and R&B audiences because of All-4-One’s covers. If you aren’t turned off of JMM’s music then please also check out No Man’s Land (song about a single mother) and Friends (a deep song about being friend-zoned). Thanks!
I love the old country, because it's got meaning to it, and a lot is true too, but the new generation most of it's not, and really doesn't really sound that good
The only thing I would change about this music video is when she was hiding behind the couch I would have showed her being held to someone with the camera showing an arm holding her with a hand with a hole in it holding her close.
