Many moons ago I was in a studio rehearsing with a band in a room next to Tina and her band. They were unbelievable, much like this performance. When we were on a break I heard her asking the studio manager for some ‘vitamin B’, which meant a tin of Vic Bitter. She’s a real musician alright.
Sat me back in chair for sure. Still one of the most surprising and impressive performances from Tina I have seen. Such power and attitude, and some great moves to boot…… :-)
Tina is talented and has great vocal abilities, but I am going to be a little different in my thoughts than others looking at the comments (this is only my personal opinion) Watching her visually I felt she didn't feel that comfortabe doing that particular song. Though she carried it out professionally and with finesse.
I have to admit it, but she rocked it and the band enjoyed playing it (who wouldn't) ..song of the night for me ...
