I really enjoy your sermons Peter. You are gifted. God bless you and Mary. You and Mary live goodness and faith in your lives each day and I admire that so much.
I belong to the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints (mormon) I have not been to church in a couple of months and this was a great reminder to why it so important. Thank you!
I wish I lived near your church, I have not found a church yet that had a pastor that was so excited about the truth and straight from the bible. Most churches preach what the people want to hear or they are out. Thank You (You are a gift to me from God)
Thank you Peter for this message. I am disabled and not able to go to my church home anymore. I follow The Frey Life and you AND Mary inspire me to be stronger. God bless you
I would appreciate some prayers please. Back in April my mom had a stroke and it has been hard for her, me, and my father. But this summer I went to a Christian camp for a week and we did mission work. I was in a different environment and my Asthma flared up really bad. I was coughing nonstop and I didn't feel 100% well. The 2nd day at site I got really sick in the afternoon. I realized I hadn't drank anything since breakfast and I had lost my water bottle. Coughing nonstop and being in the hot sun picking up cardboard with dust flying all around you wasn't helping. I got really sick and I couldn't help out at the nursing home that day. My Bible study leader was so amazing during that time. I was scared that I would pass out and be taken to the hospital, leave camp, and scare my parents to death. When we got home we started a Bible study every Monday. I have grown so much closer to Christ this summer and I am so thankful for it! Please pray for me though I have had a hard year so far.
I'm an atheist. Been in church 5 times throughout my 28 years of life, which were funerals.. And I actually liked this, even listened to the whole thing. I'm here through Frey Life :-)
You bring so much life to your sermons. Thank you for posting these, I listened while at work and it brightened my day! (Yes, I am slacking off today!)
Peter I hope you continue to post videos of your sermons. I really enjoyed watching and I loved the message you gave. God has great things in store for you.
What a great message .......you will be a blessing to the church as I am sure you and Mary in turn will also be blessed ! Such a precious couple along with Ollie boy 👍🏻❣
What I like about Peters sermons is this -- even someone who is new to the bible teachings can understand. He tells you who is who, like he did here, by explaining who Peter is in the bible, making it easier to follow along. It's wonderfully refreshing! Thank you for becoming a Pastor and inspiring others to believe in Jesus.
Thank you Peter for enlightening me on several issues. I must admit I had to chuckle as I had never connected the giving of the keys to Peter and St Peter at the Pearly Gates!!! See you can learn something new everyday. Looking forward to next week and all the weeks after that. Thank you again. Take care...............
i have started to start following jesus more on the way to church i turn on one of your videos and get a prechurch keep it up you sound amazing you are leading people to christ just by youtube i love it that you are a pastor you are doing amazing keep it
Looking for something spiritual after I left my church 7 months ago. Had been there for 10 years so it was not an easy decision. Haven't even been able to find a bible study. Anyway I enjoyed your sermon: I'll just tune in on Mondays. I miss hearing my pastor every Sunday. Something so comfortable and soothing about the Bible💖🙏🏻
Thank you for the word it was very good and to hear to look at my own relationship with my ever living God. Please keep uploading your sermons as a medically disabled person its hard to get out to a home church and I'm limited to watching my church online.
Just getting a chance to watch this now. What amazing words! Thank you for making these verses a little more understandable and easier to apply to my life. I am striving towards being more of a follower than a fan.
Thank you for sharing this. I have been following The Frey Life, but I popped over here today. I miss a lot of church mornings because of not feeling well. I stay home and miss the message and seeing people. I can listen to the podcast form my church, but there is something about being able to watch video. Plus, I feel like I know you guys a bit from watching The Frey Life. Blessings in your new home and church!
I like how you go into detail about what is written in the bible. I'm an American Literature Major and I also did a few classes on religious studies. I found them so faszinating. I like really looking at the words and at what is written. I think a lot of people don't do that enough, especially with the bible. I also really like how you explained the connection between Peter and petros. Please keep going.
I am so glad I found your preaching videos I am a member of the Frey Life Yeah! I enjoyed the message it really is so relevant for us right now. Oh and I would say if you called Mary princess now she would love it. Blessings!
I am 1000% ecstatic to be able to hear you preach!! I randomly stumbled upon you and Mary with the Frey life and I simply fell in love with your story. Since then I have wanted to hear you preach. And now I can!!! I look forward to watching these videos and feeling as if I'm there (almost) with you. Thank you, you have inspires me to become a follower of Jesus versus a fan.
thank you Peter. for giving me an answer that I have been needing. I haven't been to church for three years due to a man at the church who was verbally abusive towards me and several teens in the church and the elders and pastor did nothing so I just left. before that I had been very involved in church service ,I have missed it so much! thank you God Bless
+Jean Lee I'm so sorry to hear about your experience of being hurt by others in the church. The church is definitely full of brokenness and hurt, but a healthy church is also full of grace and healing. I hope that you can get reconnected with a church that can offer the grace and healing that your heart longs for!
I understand what you said & I'm extremely happy you have gotten the answer to your prayer/question. It can be difficult to choose to go to a building to spend time with a group of people who you experience doing hurtful things even in the Name of God. I pray you can come to forgive (hand over the pain that person caused to God) so you are able to easily choose what you do, think, feel with less pain & influence from that experience. God doesn't want you to be in pain or have your life continuously influenced by something so painful.
I am Catholic and we have certainly had our issues. I think of it though that the devil infiltrates the most where God resides. The closer to God you become the more the devil will try to weaken your spirit. Don’t let it happen. God needs us the most now to witness and we need the love and support of God with these trying times.
I am not religious in any way, nor pretend to be. But, I love this. I think the video and your sermon turned out well. Very beautiful. Good Job, Peter & Mary! 💕👏
Dearest Peter, I have enjoyed watching you and precious Mary for some time. Now it is truly a "Blessing" to hear you speak from the Living Word of our beloved JESUS. Oh how I love Jesus!!! You did a amazing job, and I pray the Lord will embrace you more and more as well as touch Mary Supernaturally in her health, that she may be truly healed and no longer a CF patient. With much love and blessings in Christ Jesus Always, sister Lisa
I'm loving this channel, Peter! I've been watching you and Mary for a while now but just found this today. And, if I'm honest, I needed it. I need church, and I need to devote more time God. I'm agoraphobic and rarely leave the house, so this is very helpful me as I haven't been to church in over a year. I am looking forward to more if these videos. Thank you again. *Hi Mary!*
Peter, Your words were Beautiful. Thank You. I would of love to hear the reaction from those in your Church. Gob Bless You, and you are a terrific teacher of Faith.
After this series, I hope you continue to record and post your sermons! I love watching you preach, and it makes so much easier for me to pause and rewind when I miss something, and while I take sermon notes. Thank you for all that you do. God bless you and Mary!
Peter you are going to be an amazing pastor! You looked so comfortable I am sure you are where God wants you to be. Thank you for sharing your message. So glad that you found a church home that allows you to not only lead them but to continue to lead your utube church family as well!
An amazing word, Peter. You are a wonderful preacher. I really related to your statement about people loosing faith or giving up on the Church. My Father dies last week, and I told my pastor who only sent me an impersonal text message back saying he send his condolences and will pray. I have not heard from him, or anyone from my Church since. It is so hard to feel good about the Church at moments like this. -Quincey
+Papercranesrock Quincey, I'm so sorry to hear about your father. It is definitely hard when people in the church let us down, especially leaders. Being a pastor, I am continually aware that I myself will fail people and let them down... A reminder that Jesus is the foundation of the church and not me, but that being said, Jesus is continually calling us to step up to the calling to BE the church to each other. I hope that you will experience the grace of Jesus in this hard season, Quincey.
Thank you, Peter. It has indeed been a rough week, and while no one is perfect (and I do not expect anyone to be), the Church I have been attending has continuously been ungodly. If you keep saying you love me, an I am a sister, when my Dad dies a phone call is not much to do. I need to find a new place of worship. One where I can feed and be fed, and bless and be blessed. If you know of any Churches on the North Shore, I am up for a recommendation. :D Oh, by the way, I sent my address to your other accounts inbox as I won the latest contest, LOL, much to my surprise and it was a much needed smile last week. God Bless! Thank you once again for your words of encouragement, Peter. -Quincey
+Papercranesrock I will pray for you. You can check out TrueLife.org to find a Bible believing church in your area. Just enter your area code. Hope this helps.
Peter, have you read, "So you don't want to go to Church?" by Jake Colson? It's an amazing book that is right in the this subject. It goes very specific also.
I like the way you give us a way to look at things differently and ask ourselves the question, am I a fan or a follower. I desire to be a follower but in essence am I more of a fan?
the reason I haven't gone to church for years, I used to loooove church and the youth group.... but then the pastor who was a fun dude and seemed to care about us stabbed us in the back basically, turned his back on us and left. (details not needed, too much and infuriating to type) but it broke my heart and I was crushed and I haven't been ever since. I still believe and have faith in the lord, but I'm scared of church, I'm scared to get let down again... I'm scared of being hurt again....
You might not like this but you probably will be hurt by the church again. The church is us, human people, who screw up. I learned that I had to not make the "church" the pastors or leaders. I had to remember it is every single on of us. Plus if I walked away from the church, thinking it's so messed up, how could I have full faith in God and His mercy on us and me when I screw up and let people down? We need each other.
Wow peter you did good. I didn't realize you were evangelical. That church is pretty big place. I dont like chirch but i guess inwill be a part of ur online church :). You seem tonknow what ur talking about. Looking forward to hearing more.
Peter I thought you did an awesome job preaching. It is so obvious that this is your passion. I have not been to church since I was 11. I am 50 now but I actually had a priest from a Catholic Church we went to throw a bible at me and my parents were there to witness that. Just a question, do you think following a service online is the same as attending church? I ask because I loved listening to your message but it feels like such a daunting task to try to go and find a church that I would like. Believe me I have tried in the past. Thanks.
Great video. If I can give some video advice on production. -White balance the camera as it is to orange. -Tilt the camera up to give more head room, though it appears the pulpit is really awkward and Peter is hunching a lot. Cheers
Maybe his "tic" as you called it is because he is in love with Jesus and he has so much to say about that subject and is trying to say the right things.....everybody has things that they do and are probably insecure about them so NOT pointing them out would be better. NO disrespect intended
Thank you Peter for sharing this with us. I can feel the passion in your preaching while delivering your message. God Bless.
Great sermon, Peter! Congratulations! Jesus is my Lord and Savior. He is always there for me. He loves me no matter what.
I really enjoy your sermons Peter. You are gifted. God bless you and Mary. You and Mary live goodness and faith in your lives each day and I admire that so much.

Highly impressive. Your understanding is far beyond your years. I was blessed.

As a mom to a child with many chronic conditions, we are unable to attend. It is difficult to not have the body but yes and Amen to the truth!

Honestly one of the best sermons I've heard. Thank you for sharing it with us and I look forward to hearing many more.
28:45 - Oh, wow, I KNEW he was going to quote that hymn!
Been waiting for this since the big reveal! Excellent job your preparation paid off.
Found my new church on your channel. Keep posting your sermons! :)
This was a great sermon, Peter! If I'm ever in Grafton on a Sunday I will definitely visit your congregation.

Gods knows your grief and wants you to know He cares! Remember church people are still people we gather together to learn how to love like Jesus does.

Great video.
If I can give some video advice on production.
-White balance the camera as it is to orange.
-Tilt the camera up to give more head room, though it appears the pulpit is really awkward and Peter is hunching a lot.
Cheers
He has a "tic" when he preaches. He hesitates when he speaks. I think it's funny:) No negativity intended!!
It might be because he is nervous because this is the first time he is really their pastor.
Shut up
Every Pastor has their style, and there is nothing wrong with Peter's. Great job Peter!
+extra _nos Could be but he does it on his channel as well. Not on the one with his girlfriend but on his preaching one, this one.
Maybe his "tic" as you called it is because he is in love with Jesus and he has so much to say about that subject and is trying to say the right things.....everybody has things that they do and are probably insecure about them so NOT pointing them out would be better. NO disrespect intended
