Kisi bhi ship se oil leak water mai nahi ho sakta,Marpol hai isko monitor karne ke liye.If koe ship se oil leak ho raha hai tho uss vessel ko fine kiya ja sakta hai by marpol.,Port state detain kar sakti hai uss ship ko. Andaman route mai chalne wale saare ships ka rountine checkup hona chahiye,check karna chahiye ki wo regular intevals pe sludge discharge kar rahe hai ya nahi port pe. If they arenot doing it on port then for sure they are discharging it in sea.So they should be fined and if found repeating the same thing then the vessel should be barred from operating in indian region
