Wow! Simply amazing! I think it's great, the only thing that I would've done different is put the bread on the boarders of the plate so it doesn't get soggy and also adds to the presentation. Great stuff.

Couple weeks ago I went to London for study tour, and I finally visited your restaurant - Jamie's Italian. I had wanted to visit your restaurants for soooooo long, you have no idea how excited I was. Though I am a student, I didn't have much money, I still ordered a spaghetti (it was the daily special, spaghetti with many kinds of fish which I don't really remember) and a glass of berry blast... they were AMAZING. One of the functions of cooking oil is that it retains flavor/aroma, which constitutes the majority of what something "tastes" like. This is why when you cook, you put the oil and fragrant things such as garlic and ginger in first, then cook the main ingredients with that.
