Delilah- Meers yes it will but make sure you do a full backup so you can restore them, I also recommend google photo backup app it's free and will give you all your photos in the cloud free

If your phone fell on the floor or even any hard surface its probably because of that. or some error in ur phones system. Go to an apple store and get a new battery

Dont worry guys this happens when something is happening like updates and other and before it shut downs it can get very laggy, then it will automatically turn back on and work as new
it depends on the tech you get, if you let them know they might let you stay at 9.3.3 but they might what to see if it's a software issue and force you to update as well. depends on the tech, best of luck!

If anybody with cold weather issues sees this I have been running into this with my iphone 6. I read a tip on another video to warm in up inside. Mine says 10% and won't charge even after coming indoors and trying to air warm it. But after I put it on the toaster and get it fairly hot it reads 80+ % and will then charge normally. I waisted money buying multiple car and home chargers to no avail until I saw this tip. Try it!

I would try a Factory Reset and reinstall the Operating System this will tell you if it's a Hardware or Software issue, its a hardware issue if it still happens after you do the reinstall and needs to be repaired at a store

I figured it out I went into settings and I turned off auto shut off I turned off auto schedule anything and now it’s fixed Well like I said it’s happening to me 2021 for the past couple months when I unplug it in the morning it’s 100% the light goes from a green lightning to white to black to off and the battery is completely drained. If anybody with cold weather issues sees this I have been running into this with my iphone 6. I read a tip on another video to warm in up inside. Mine says 10% and won't charge even after coming indoors and trying to air warm it. But after I put it on the toaster and get it fairly hot it reads 80+ % and will then charge normally. I waisted money buying multiple car and home chargers to no avail until I saw this tip. Try it!

I got my battery fixed it I was using it till it got to 40 something then it shut off and then it was at 4 when I turned it back on what do I do I’m going to the repair shop again any suggestions

Do I need a new battery on my phone or what my phone keep turning off
My iPod 5 which is currently running on iOS 9.3.2 and it started randomly rebooting with purple bars appearing then shutting off and then returning to the apple logo and turning on. Is there any way to possibly fix this?
I would try a Factory Reset and reinstall the Operating System this will tell you if it's a Hardware or Software issue, its a hardware issue if it still happens after you do the reinstall and needs to be repaired at a store
Edit….. I figured it out I went into settings and I turned off auto shut off I turned off auto schedule anything and now it’s fixed
Well like I said it’s happening to me 2021 for the past couple months when I unplug it in the morning it’s 100% the light goes from a green lightning to white to black to off and the battery is completely drained. The only way it’ll go back on as if I plug it back in and then when I plug it back in and it shows a battery with zero with a red little to zero battery then after it turns on it’s all of a sudden back at 80% or a variety of different battery charges it’s never the same I think they do this on purpose so will have to buy a new phone well screw them I’ll reset before I do a damn thing 8~2021

Mine turns off every time that I get a message😩️ so every time I get a message it turns off until I turn it back on ???
That is very odd, you could put it in to airplane mode would stop the messages and try a factory reset
i had the same problem i replaced my battery about 4 months ago and it some what does the same thing but when my charges it loses charge when im using it ill let it charge to 100% and when i take it off the charger it dies within an hour any help?
sounds like a bad battery might need to take a apple store to get a replacement.
