I made an offer. The owners give me 20,000,000 to rehabilitate the island and Castle .... then 'WE' put it back on the market for 120,000,000 and split the money when it sells.... I have a lot of experience with Swindlers in Central america and am savvy to the differences between Dreams Fantasy's and Reality's outcomes....
