I was struggling this week as my 84 year old Mum had dementia and I am finding it very hard when my Dad tells me things that she says that are heartbreaking but after watching your vlog I thought of this week's glimmers. Mum asking me if I wanted a chocolate and she knew my Dad treats her to little boxes of chocolates. My baby Grandaughter calling me Nanny and giving me the best cuddle, My little dog Archie has to be as close as he can to me or my Husband and your blog Gaynor it made me smile , I am going to start a glimmer journal to remember all the little glimmers in my day. Have a lovely day full of glimmers ❤ I hope you feel better soon ❤
Dementia is such a debilitating and cruel disease. My Mum suffered and came to live with us. Life was difficult but we thanked every day with the fact Mum still knew who we all were. 😊
I live alone now and while I have a great deal to be grateful for, the glimmers matter a lot. Mine include the beautiful birds on my feeder, a clump of cyclamen in the garden, feeding my hungry goldfish, clean sheets, negotiating a tricky row of knitting… All these things make me happy.
It is 4am and I cannot sleep. I came downstairs and made a drink and something to eat and I saw your vlog. Picked up my knitting and listened to you. This year has been the most difficult of my 65 years on the planet but you struck a chord with the glimmers. I shall look for them and starting from now because I made a bit of progress on my northeasterly blanket. I am ready to go back to bed . Thank you Gayna. ❤️
I hope you managed some restful sleep and that the glimmers help you through. They aren’t a magic cure but they can help hold you up when times are dark. Hang on in there xxx
My glimmer last week was to be told breast cancer FREE after lumpectomy surgery still got treatment to go came out of clinic with. My good friend P sat in the car & screamed Yabba Dabba Doo so lucky to be where I am at this point THANK YOU NHS Norwich I can go with your 3 Fs flowers friends. Family & add FUR BABIES
Congratulations and good luck with Treatment, my mum had lumpectomy in 2021 and radiation treatment after it and she is doing great since... best of luck
I would add to family, flowers, friends, food - FAITH! I love the moments in the day when I look up and say “I know that had to be you God! THANK YOU!” It so much healthier than bemoaning all of the days bumps and bruises.
My life sort of hit the fan nearly two years ago and I am now divorced after 41 years of marriage. Almost immediately I was determined to find joy every day and I think I have succeeded. I certainly like your glimmers! For me it always includes flowers, my cats, my children and grandsons, sweet friends and my knitting. And the amazing taste of a sungold tomato. Fall is on here in Portland, Oregon and I love the light and all the autumnal color.
I travel regularly along what was once a small country Road through farmland. Except now, it's being torn up for a massive road building project. My glimmer is in this unlikely place because in a far corner, someone has planted a field of sunflowers, and you can just see them above the dust and earth movers.
I have long been a fan of glimmering even if I didn't know what it was called! I am so glad to hear you say that you also are not a fan of the dog walk. It is rather a dreaded task for me but once I am out there I find joy in looking for glimmers and then posting them in my IG stories with my little good morning/afternoon photos from the Village! Hope you are feeling better soon.
I think I’d prefer my dog walk if it were through a village where I could combine it with a task like getting a couple of groceries. It sort of feels like a time muncher to me but once I’m out walking I could happily do it all day long; a bit like gardening. So daft!
I love the term "glimmers". It took me a long time to learn to focus on adopting a positive attitude and looking for the glimmers in ordinary days. I can say it has made such a difference in my life and I try to pass it on to others. Your side of the world may know some of the devastation hurricane Helene caused in my neighboring state of north Carolina but let me say it is beyond belief so prayers & support for those affected would be appreciated. When I see things like that, I am so thankful for the things we take for granted every day. Family, shelter, water, food, etc. Your vlogs are glimmers Gayna. Thank you!
I cannot comprehend what people are facing having gone through such devastation as that. I know communities rebuild but it must make a person fear the wind so much.
Thank you for the reminder to focus on the small joys life brings. If you wait for the exciting events you miss out on so many precious and endearing moments. Exciting moments are far and few but glimmers are all around you everywhere.
I have two friends who are seriously ill, but I was able to go out shopping today with my husband and bought a knitting magazine that I never normally do, so that was my glimmer today and brought me happiness 😊
Mine are feeding the birds in my garden, I could sit and watch them all day. I also take my little boy to special needs football on a Friday evening and I love how excited the children are to get in to the hall and then watching the joy when they score 😍
A lovely video Gayna,I like the word "glimmers"My glimmers go hand in hand with my appreciation of my family, friends my home and recently life itself.I had cancer at the beginning of last year, my younger son had cancer two years ago at just 35.He and I inwardly celebrate every day now. Even through both of our treatment we saw glimmers,so many of them. For him it was his little boys' in precious moments and the kindness and support of friends and work colleagues and hospital staff in Germany where he lives. He is ,thanks to them,in remission.I am,thanks to the wonderful NHS staff,in remission. They are part of my glimmers .For me,as it has always been, my garden and the beauty of a rose with raindrops on it,or natures colours,my knitting and cross stitch and anticipation of starting a project,my grandsons' a song that evokes memories of loved ones, birdsong,so many things.Flash memories of our ruby anniversary last year, and walks during my adjuvant treatment, with my husband in our local National Trust Park, watching the seasons change. The mind can be magical evoking so many happy memories and allowing fleeting moments of joy❤
What a lovely concept -- glimmers and not just gratitudes. Glimmers are the candles burning over on the table. The beautiful flower blooming on the plant beside me. Amazingly wonderful, entertaining and warm videos to warch (from you!). And on, and on. It is a fair glimmer just to think of the word "glimmer". (and another one because I keep typing "blimmer", and that is making me laugh!)
It was funny that you chose the burnt pie. I did exact this thing a week ago and I was so MAD.. We had a team of roofers from Guatemala and I really wanted to make them a Romanian style apple pie. I left it in the oven , forgot about it and rushed to the grocery store for something else. One hour later was dark brown and crisp. I was so mad and sad…but they were lovely. I made crepes with home made preserves and they loved them . That was my glimmer for my pie situation :)
Oh Gayna, you will have helped such a lot of people by everything you said in this video about Glimmers - me included. We all have Glimmers in our day, we just don't spend any time focusing on them when we get weighed down by all the ordinary and mundane things that are part of everyday life. Everything you said made so much sense. My first Glimmer of the day came this morning when my very senior Golden Retriever decided he would go out for a very slow, short walk with me - not something he can do every day now as his back legs have lost all their strength - and we got back safely, with him only collapsing once but then was back on his feet two minutes later. I could be feeling miserable, wishing I could take still take him on long woodland walks or on the beach, but no, this was a big plus this morning and a real Glimmer in my day. And in my dog's too, I believe!! Hope the cold goes away soon. XX
Oooo, glimmers! The sound of geese overhead, the smell of freshly cut grass, rainbows, the deer in my backyard, sunsets. I could go on forever, but I won't. Thank you, Gayna for such a lovely video ❤😊
Going into the garden early in the morning before the sun is up and feeling the fresh air of the new day. Lighting the candles and drawing the curtains in the evening to sit and knit in the soft glow.
Loved this video! I have a lovely life, but I sometimes feel 'down' for no reason. Next time I feel like this, I will think of this video. We really do have so much to be thankful for. Yesterday, my 5 year old grandaughter and I got the chalks out and decorated the front step and then she tried to catch the bubbles I blew. She went off to stay with her cousins, on her own, for the first time. Seeing her excitement was a glimmer (she was so excited, she refused to eat all morning!). The warmth in the sun yesterday, after she'd gone, meant that we ate lunch on our front bench. Yes lots of glimmers!
I practice appreciation for moments or happenings day to day, I whole heartedly agree with all you mentioned Gayna, for me to witness kindness just fills my heart, whether it be to others or myself, ♥️ And of course it goes without saying, you are a unique glimmer♥️ xxx feel better soon Gayna 🤧 x
Absolutely just what I needed today🦋 My special-needs son shows me glimmers every day any new task that he can master thrills my soul💞I think hope and encouragement so very needed these days. Thanks for sharing yours. I hope you have a lovely weekend
Thank you Gayna. I was just drinking a cuppa while watching and tried to concentrate on the taste of the tea( instead of just slurping it down ) and it tasted so much better! I’m going to try and remember this week
When the sun shines, listening to the birds sing, my family, my friends, good food and a surprise glimmer...Bill singing and chatting with his washing....always a glimmer when you post a vlog. The best glimmer today was getting an appointment very quickly due to a cancellation so I can get my poor skin seen to....feel better soon lovely xx
You are so wise Gayna! It is so easy to think that one thing going wrong has ruined your day. How positive to look for the glimmers (or the silver lining). Hope you feel better soon. Thank you Gayna. 💖✨
I’ve had a rotten four days, been really unwell and no little cat to keep me company, and my next door neighbour died. But lots of geese flew over, my rowan tree is a beautiful autumn colour, my family brought me flowers and my son sent me a poem! Oh and Bill turned round and smiled. Lots of glimmers, thanks for reminding us Gayna, that was a glimmer in itself. Xx
I've been gardening and potting up seeds for flowers and veggies today. My best glimmer was just after dark tonight. I saw fireflies. They are back for the Spring/Summer seasons. I love them.
Thank you Gayna for showing us “glimmers” in your life. They truly do help one recognize joy filled moments in every day. I will look forward in anticipation of “glimmers” in my life, starting tomorrow! Hope you feel much better soon 🥰
When the idea of ‘gratitude’ first came about I resented it. From the outside I look like a privileged white woman and to some degree that is true, however, my life has been difficult because of medical reasons and untreated mental health readings that I struggled to have recognised until I was in my 40s. It has then taken 12 years to get to a place where I can express gratitude for what I have. Glimmers is a better term (first time I’ve heard it) but it is a kinder term and easier to focus on even if you’re in a dark place.
Yes, I agree the word sounds much less heavy and easier to access than GRATITUDE! I’m glad you’re on your way to feeling well but I’m sorry you have suffered. Xxx
Such a lovely video Gayna! Noticing the glimmers can really make all the difference. For me, just sitting here this morning, watching your video, eating my breakfast and knitting, whilst the sun pours through the window after a chilly night, has been the best start to the day. Hearing my snoring dog over the top of it too. That little boy warms my heart. Feel better soon ❤
Thank you so much for this beautiful video. I'm currently having a tricky time and it is a timely reminder to look out for the glimmers that I do have a lovely lovely life x
I couldn’t have watched your video at a better moment. My daughter lives in TX and I’m in CT, I just brought her to the airport after a week’s visit home. We were texting each other while she is in MD waiting for her next flight home and how hard it is leaving. Upon hearing you talk of glimmers I immediately texted her how you said look for the little things that bring you joy. Today will be a hard day for us but your video was just what we needed to hear! Thank you!
Thank you for the reminder Gayna. There are glimmers or as I prefer to call them “tender mercies” all around if we will but look. Hope you feel better soon. xx
Gayna you are a glimmer 🌟 ❤ This is such a lovely idea and I will try to recognise the glimmers as I start to navigate life as a single/separated fifty-something xx
Loved the video ❤ Thank you for sharing all your glimmers with us. I've nearly always been noticing the glimmers I think - before it was called that 😊 It could be the tiniest thing, like how the sunlight hits a leaf and the dappled shade underneath a tree, finding another ripe strawberry on my plant, watching my dog sleep. Or the slightly bigger things like going for a coffe and knitting with good friends, my new job path and all my lovely colleagues, and spending time with my daughters ❤️ I have an autistic daughter and watching her accomplish so many things we weren't sure she ever would when things were quite dark some years back - all those little acchievements that one might take for granted if she hadn't been the one she is. Just joy...there is so much to be happy for ❤️ I hope you get well soon ❤️
Your sentence “if she hadn’t been the one she is” has struck a chord with me because my youngest was musing what his eldest brother would have been like if he hadn’t had his difficulties. It’s so hard to think along those lines, so I look at the positives like you do with your daughter. X
@@GaynaJane yes! ❤️ I have thought about that a few times too, but mostly because I would want life to be easier for her than it is at times. She is who he is, and I am who I am, because of her ❤️ She's doing so much better now and I am so grateful for that. (Diagnosed at 15, she is 20 now.) I love how she will take no sh*t and she's very honest - and at times quite blunt... And we both can laugh about it 😊
Thank you Gayna, I am 63 and try to find glimmers all day long, I stopped puting energy in thing I can not change, but be grateful for the things that come my way, without asking for them. I also try to be a glimmer for other persons , what we need in these days is a virus of glimmers😂.Thank you for being one of my glimmers today, take care. Love from Belgium, Lieve
I totally agree! I really like your word, “glimmers”. I always notice all the little blessings that flood my day, and thank God for them. It makes a world of difference in our attitude about life’s’ ups and downs. Thank you for this reminder. Get well soon!
Thank you Gayna. I do struggle with my mental health and this was just what I needed today. My glimmer today has been seeing a blocking jumper when I walk into the kitchen, getting a cuddle from my dog who is a non cuddly dog but bribed with a biscuit I get to feel her warm body and kiss her nose, and enjoying the last roses in the garden. Hope you feel better soon.
Thank you for the reminder to look for the little positive things in day to day life. I think we sometimes get caught up in the mundane and don't see them until we start actively looking. Hope you feel better soon!
This was a great start to the morning. I take glimmers from my knitting, dogs, ocean (nature), reading and RUclips podcasts which include yours, Alli, Paula, Rachael, Sarah, Fruity Knitting 🧶🍄🎃
Seeing glimmers are a lovely way of describing the little good things that turn up every day if you look for them! Lovely video Gayna and you are definitely a glimmer for me on RUclips. Love WW xx
Gayna could you do a vlog showing us how you make your sourdough from beginning to end Please!!!! It would make my day glimmer if I could get it right 😊
I faithfully follow Elaine foodbod so I’m going to send you over to her. She does a way better job than o ever could since my loaves are still very hit and miss. I hope you don’t mind! I did once make a video and someone was so nasty about it that I pulled it off the internet. ruclips.net/video/6jezb6os5LI/видео.htmlsi=pKxy5gAbIVHGH44J
Glimmers - love it and need more of it - losing hubby has been a tough ride (4 years) your glimmers reminds me to remember the glimmers with him - we had a wonderful marriage - so, dont be depressed be thankful for the years together - love your glimmers and by the way, how do you cook those wonderful eggs that always look so perfect???💕
I’m so sorry. I just don’t know what on earth I would do without Toby. Eggs- room temp eggs, prick the fat end to let the air out. Pop into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Eat voila! They take longer if you’re up a mountain for some reason to do with altitude. X
Awww Gayna, hope you feel better soon x. Your vlogs are a little glimmer to me, as is my morning cup of coffee, my dear little grandson and all my family. My beloved elderly dog passed away 10 days ago and other dog is on his second stay in three weeks in a specialised veterinary hospital for severe pancreatitis. We all have our problems, but you are absolutely right, it is the glimmers that keep us going and make life truly wonderful at times. Thank you for all you share with us. Xxx
I love your vlogs. I just found you recently and i find them so cosy and comforting. I have a disability and love to crochet and knit so Iove seeing what your'e knitting. Like you i get pleasure of thinking what i'm going to crochet or knit next. You have become one of my glimmers. So thank you
A recent glimmer in my life has been the Vileda turbo mop and bucket set, to which you introduced me. I mainly bought it because I felt spinning the mop would add a touch of enjoyment to a chore I dislike and this has proved to be the case. It is also really efficient and easy to use and leaves the floors lovely and clean so is the gift that goes on giving. I’m wondering if it would be wrong to use the spiny bit as a lettuce spinner - asking for a friend!
Gayna this is such an important vlog like you say it’s so easy for us to focus on the negative and we do but those small “glimmers” are important to,recognise and appreciate. Thanks so much for sharing😊
Thank you for reminding me of the search for glimmers. One of mine: walking to the bicycle repair shop with my son because his bike had a flat tyre and my repair wasn't helping. We had a lovely talk.
I love it when you get a moment like that, especially with boys. My glimmer earlier was listening to the banter between Toby and Wilf while they made pancakes and got into a competition. Heartwarming. X
I loved your explanation of glimmers!! This has been a very lovely and helpful video, Gayna!! ❤ I love seeing Bill smile. 🥰 Have a wonderful week, lovely. xx
Such a sweet heartfelt video ❤ I love the idea of recognizing glimmers in your day!!! Gayna you bring us all little glimmers with your wonderful videos Thank you ❤
Brilliant video Gayna, you popped up just at the right moment, so you will definitely be one of my glimmers. Walking my dog is always thought of as a chore but once I force myself out of the door I never mind it nearly as much. She is also so much happier once we have been even if we have to cut it short because of the weather or such like. I will try from now on to focus on the glimmers as I have also always struggled with the gratitude thing not sure why as I have plenty to be grateful for. Hope your cold soon disappears, take care 😊
Your Christmas box you sent to me is a massive December glimmer for me. Give looking for glimmers a go. You never know how it might alter things for you. Xx
I had a glimmer then was sad I remembered I got married 45 years today and have two lovely sons and four grandchildren then was sad as their dad passed away nearly 40 years ago but am thankful for my family x
Thank you for a lovely vlog Really enjoyed, sometimes it is the small things in life that bring a smile and contentment Hope you feel better soon 😊 Xxx
Oh my goodness I feel exactly the same. I keep a diary and it has on each page somewhere to write your gratitude for the day and I found it was just an opportunity for me to find all the moments I felt I’d wasted, count how many hours I could have been doing something more constructive, how I could have handled something, how lonely I can get some days. So for the last 6 months I just skipped it. I shall observe glimmers instead. Thank you for this video.
That was a great chat about glimmers Gayna. I try to be mindful of small things, they definitely lift your mood, if only for a moment or two. Walking through my hall this morning I got a beautiful waft of scent from my Molton Brown diffuser, which has lasted way longer than they’re meant to, that brings me pleasure. (The opposite if glimmer is trigger, says it all really) xx
So sorry you have a cold. Two weekends ago, after 4 years and 6 shots I came down with COVID 😢I managed to avoid it all that time until now . Although feeling better, I am still very stuffy after 2 weeks and after Paxlovid. While not a severe case it certainly wasn't mild but the glimmer is I don't feel sick even if I still sound like it. Hope you feel better soon too❤
Thank you for such a wonderful vlog. Made me pause, think and smile. What a wonderful way to start the day (gray and rainy but another new day). I will try to concentrate on my ‘glimmers’ instead of the negatives as I tend to do also. Hope the cold gets better in double quick time xx
Oh my goodness…..love your glimmers!!! Going to try to adopt this immediately….my first glimmer is: going to use you £30 off code for a rover, so excited a little bit of wee might just have come out 😂. I may never vacuum again!!!! ❤😊
@@GaynaJaneoh my goodness…..he’s arrived and I’m in love! He’s amazing and such a great acquisition…I can see this luxury item will very quickly become a necessity 😂 x

Thank you for the new-to-me concept of Glimmers, Gayna. Going to try to incorporate this practice into my autumn rituals. ❤
It’s such a quick and instant thing to repeatedly do throughout the day. I swear it works a treat!
This I love. I love this glimmer idea and perfect timing. Thanks my lovely lady. ❤
Absolutely just what I needed today🦋 My special-needs son shows me glimmers every day any new task that he can master thrills my soul💞I think hope and encouragement so very needed these days. Thanks for sharing yours. I hope you have a lovely weekend
Yes! Hope and encouragement really gets us a long way I think. You nailed it x
I'm very grateful that I see beauty in ordinary things. I find the mundane the most beautiful parts of Life. 🥰💖💕(You're a Glimmer for me, Gayna!😘)!
Thank you Gayna. I was just drinking a cuppa while watching and tried to concentrate on the taste of the tea( instead of just slurping it down ) and it tasted so much better! I’m going to try and remember this week
Are you having fun at the retreat? I can’t wait to go!
@@GaynaJane oh I am- glimmers all over the place- so excited to see our yarn today!!
I hope you get some answers and a treatment plan, you poor duck. It must be so painful. Xxx
@@GaynaJane 🤎
My glimmer today was cleaning the greenhouse xx hope your cold gets better soon
I need to contact. Mine is a right state.
Here's to glimmers! Thank you❤
You are so wise Gayna!
Xx
Carolyn! This sounds so sad and miserable. Bless you, I hope you’re feeling better now. I’m so sorry about your neighbour and not having your cat 🥺xxx
I've been gardening and potting up seeds for flowers and veggies today. My best glimmer was just after dark tonight. I saw fireflies. They are back for the Spring/Summer seasons. I love them.
Thank you Gayna my glimmer today was my granddaughter saying CAT for the first time. She’s only 7mths and lives in London . ❤
Adorable!
Thank you Gayna for showing us “glimmers” in your life. They truly do help one recognize joy filled moments in every day. I will look forward in anticipation of “glimmers” in my life, starting tomorrow! Hope you feel much better soon 🥰
Hope your week of glimmers went well!
Grandchildren...truly amazing glimmers in my life 💛
That’s lovely xxx
Xxx
This video was my morning glimmer. ❤
Thank you!
Oh gosh yes I can only imagine how tough that must be. At least when my boy is away he is only an hour and a half up the road. X
I love glimmers! It really makes even bad days not so bad after all.
It helps crowd out the gloom and stop things from feeling so bleak at times. X
Cheers to glimmers..feel better soon 😊
Thank you for the reminder Gayna. There are glimmers or as I prefer to call them “tender mercies” all around if we will but look. Hope you feel better soon. xx
Yes! I replied to another commenter here saying the same thing when she said she would add a 5th F to my four; Faith.
Gayna you are a glimmer 🌟 ❤ This is such a lovely idea and I will try to recognise the glimmers as I start to navigate life as a single/separated fifty-something xx
Think of this period of life as a time for you to shine as you are without someone dulling your glow.
@@GaynaJane thank you 🥰
Loved the video ❤ Thank you for sharing all your glimmers with us.
I've nearly always been noticing the glimmers I think - before it was called that 😊 It could be the tiniest thing, like how the sunlight hits a leaf and the dappled shade underneath a tree, finding another ripe strawberry on my plant, watching my dog sleep. Or the slightly bigger things like going for a coffe and knitting with good friends, my new job path and all my lovely colleagues, and spending time with my daughters ❤️
I have an autistic daughter and watching her accomplish so many things we weren't sure she ever would when things were quite dark some years back - all those little acchievements that one might take for granted if she hadn't been the one she is.
Just joy...there is so much to be happy for ❤️
I hope you get well soon ❤️
And we both can laugh about it 😊
Amen to glimmers 🥰💯💫🫶🦋🐈🌷🧁🍸🌅🌈🎆🎶🤗
oh gayna I must say today you have been one of my glimmers so thank you hugs Beth
You sound wise and delightful! You comment is a glimmer to me x
I totally agree! I really like your word, “glimmers”. I always notice all the little blessings that flood my day, and thank God for them. It makes a world of difference in our attitude about life’s’ ups and downs. Thank you for this reminder. Get well soon!
They really do make a difference. I was even able to enjoy being poorly on the sofa all day yesterday because of looking for glimmers.
You are a glimmer in my day. ❤😊 Such beautiful thoughts. Thank you for being you!
Awwww stop it!!! 🥰🥰🥰
It’s not always easy but it’s a practice worth making, it certainly helps me xxx
Love the idea of the glimmers, sounds a really happy thing to do.
It works for me!
Thank you for the reminder to look for the little positive things in day to day life. I think we sometimes get caught up in the mundane and don't see them until we start actively looking. Hope you feel better soon!
Yes for sure, I certainly get caught up in the mundane elements of life so this works well for me x
What a beautiful post!! I LOVE the idea of looking for glimmers and I am going to adopt this practice!!! Thank you for sharing!! Feel better SOON!!!
Hope it works for you, certainly does for me!
This was a great start to the morning. I take glimmers from my knitting, dogs, ocean (nature), reading and RUclips podcasts which include yours, Alli, Paula, Rachael, Sarah, Fruity Knitting 🧶🍄🎃
I love seeing my name linked either my friends xx
Seeing glimmers are a lovely way of describing the little good things that turn up every day if you look for them! Lovely video Gayna and you are definitely a glimmer for me on RUclips. Love WW xx
Oh you! Winky you’re so lush x
Xxx
Gayna, I absolutely loved this video. We are all blessed in some way, if we only take the time to recognize it we’d be much more contented! ❤
True true! Just crowding out the negative noise with the song of glimmers has to help!
😂
Appreciate the 4 f’s…so true..take care Gayna
Finding joy in the little things ❤
Exactly that!
Gayna this is such an important vlog like you say it’s so easy for us to focus on the negative and we do but those small “glimmers” are important to,recognise and appreciate. Thanks so much for sharing😊
I’ve had to really hone in on glimmers since making this as I had a bug and felt grotty (still do!)
@@GaynaJane poor you a lot of it about. Hope you feel better soon.
I love seeing Bill smile. 🥰 Have a wonderful week, lovely. xx
Such a sweet heartfelt video ❤
I love the idea of recognizing glimmers in your day!!! Gayna you bring us all little glimmers with your wonderful videos
Thank you ❤
As do you 🥰🥰🥰
You are one of my glimmers. Hope you’re feeling better soon big virtual hug 🥰
Thank you so much!! I do feel brighter today x
@@GaynaJane 💕
Thank you for this video. I loved it and was just a great reminder of how to see life. I always forget.
It’s so easy to get dragged down, we just have to do our best, hey?!
I think listing gratitude items can feel like bragging sometimes, it isn’t but it feels like it. Glimmers definitely works for me!
Hope you get to feeling better soon. I'll try to find glimmers, but I tend to be a gloomy gus.
Your Christmas box you sent to me is a massive December glimmer for me. Give looking for glimmers a go. You never know how it might alter things for you. Xx
@@GaynaJane ❤️
Lovely video, as always, dear Gayna. Thanks for sharing your glimmers- noticing the little moments of joy really does help us, I truly believe.
They really help me! Especially after a restless night with a pooey cold 🤪
Dear Gayna- this pod was a Glimmer for me! Thanks, I’d never heard of this concept.
I had a glimmer then was sad I remembered I got married 45 years today and have two lovely sons and four grandchildren then was sad as their dad passed away nearly 40 years ago but am thankful for my family x
Blimey that must have been tough, to have lost your husband so soon and to have had two young boys. I am so sorry. Xxx
This video was the best. You lifted me up. Thank you Gayna.😊
So glad! Thank you for sticking around even though you weren’t keen on the intro vids I was making. I really appreciate that xxx
@@GaynaJane 😊❤️
Thank you for a lovely vlog
Really enjoyed, sometimes it is the small things in life that bring a smile and contentment
Hope you feel better soon 😊
Xxx
I totally agree with you! I’m still poorly but hoping to start the upward spiral. X
I love looking for glimmers, and often find them in nature myself. Also, hugs from family, and sweet comments from my grandchildren 💗
Hope you feel better Gayna. My glimmer is picking up our first puppy 🥰
Oh my gosh!!! So exciting, that really is something to get the glimmers overs. X
Great vlog, the glimmer are a great reminder to keep us steady and thankful 🐕😊
So sorry you have a cold. Two weekends ago, after 4 years and 6 shots I came down with COVID 😢I managed to avoid it all that time until now . Although feeling better, I am still very stuffy after 2 weeks and after Paxlovid. While not a severe case it certainly wasn't mild but the glimmer is I don't feel sick even if I still sound like it. Hope you feel better soon too❤
I’m glad you’re out the other side. It’s such a bore being poorly, I’ve slept most of today away and I had things I wanted to do 🥺
Thank you for such a wonderful vlog. Made me pause, think and smile. What a wonderful way to start the day (gray and rainy but another new day). I will try to concentrate on my ‘glimmers’ instead of the negatives as I tend to do also. Hope the cold gets better in double quick time xx
Feel better soon. xx
Thanks DB!
You are a joy t watch, I look forward to your podcasts.
I love glimmers
Oh my goodness…..love your glimmers!!! Going to try to adopt this immediately….my first glimmer is: going to use you £30 off code for a rover, so excited a little bit of wee might just have come out 😂. I may never vacuum again!!!! ❤😊
I hope you love your Rover like I love mine! I wouldn’t be with out him now, not in a million years!!
@@GaynaJaneoh my goodness…..he’s arrived and I’m in love! He’s amazing and such a great acquisition…I can see this luxury item will very quickly become a necessity 😂 x
Love this, Gayna -

Loved this video. Very sweet with Bill ❤️
You were my glimmer this morning while drinking my cup of tea Gayna, thank you ❤ and even music at the beginning 😂
I know! Check me out 😝😝😝
