I thank him for so much and I am forever grateful he wrote music I could connect with on a level I needed beyond reasoning.
I special ordered this album from Europe through Music Millennium in Portland, OR in 2009 as that was the only way, at the time, of getting a copy of the CD. It cost me $30. I listened to it all the way through three times the day I picked it up. Beautiful, poignant, devastating. The best $30 I’ve ever spent.

I was lucky to see them live in Helsinki. During this song I was on tears. I also got to change a few words with Patrick Walker after the gig. Nice guy :)
It was a special reunion for the festival. They were done already for quite a while. It is sad they only did one reunion, but even with such a strong fanbase it;s almost impossible for them to tour as 40 watt sun since it costs them more than actually earn something out of it.

Warning is epic Doom that is, when you have chills and also wet eyes...thinking about all the fuckups into your life...and the lost ones....for real at the same time....it's that good....depressive....mind blowing.
They are just real things, things that are really felt. Authentic situations of the human being, not fictional. Things that doom music, even in other genres such as sixties folk, post-punk or alternative, but especially Doom can do through these lyrical aspects.
So I've never seen it said by anyone, maybe this is just a me thing. But the first 3 lines of the first verse I swear are meant to make 3 separate clauses. They're all complete! Ex.
