The whole things about your mom never telling you anything, I CAN RELATE. My mom never spoke to me about relationships, sex, periods, raising kids, marriage, career choices, etc.. and now I have 4 kids of my own. I talk to them about every single thing they’re old enough to know about. I want my kids to be more than prepared for life.
My mom was in her own little world. So we never really talked and I didn't know any better. I learned everything the hard way.
how old are your kids?
Mine neither hun 😢 My parents were older when I was born, so don't know whether that was why. It made everything more awkward to talk about. Loved them so much though 🤗
My mother taught me a lot before she passed. I lost her at 14. But certain things we will never discussed and she missed out on my entire life because of domestic violence. I miss her. I had to do life alone. I don’t have my own family or husband but I just do the opposite of what everyone else did. I hope she’s proud 🥹

Usually we think a woman that gets an education is a failure but my mum says according to the bible, the woman should not have an education and not have a job. her job is what the mans wants , even thou it is controlling women.

Have you ever used the scale the measure body fat and body muscles? I mean I just bought it bc my friend used it and I was skeptical. But I am just wondering if I need to worry about my fat rate. 😂 I’m on my third week of your strong program and I just don’t know if I need the scale. I know weight numbers are not important but how about body fat rate and body muscle rate?
