I was thinking about you today when I stepped on the scale, do you got a fitness channel or recommendation? I got my eating habits right, getting into cardio again but I need an ab work out that won't hurt my back. Looking for some standing ab work outs I can do until the spring when the bars at the park won't freeze my hands.
Bonus points if it's an ab work out I can do working security or concession stands at the games 😂😂😂 I like to multi task. Took me about a week to realize what you said last week. I gotta slow down. You should see my knuckles right now. Get some Vaseline though. It helps. Shae butter after baths. Olive oil also works.
I would just get the Vshred app and follow their workouts
