Are The Commanders The Worst Defense In The NFL in 2024?!

I'm betting on the defense having a big day against Arizona. 4 sacks, 2 Ints & a fumble recovery.
And let's keep thing in perspective. This defense has faced Tampa Bay w/Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. The Bengals w/Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase & Tee Higgins. A lot of defenses give up lots of points to those offenses. There's a reason they get mentioned in the Super Bowl conversations.

In my lifetime... regardless of the numbers.... I have never seen a worse defense over the last 16 games. I'm 50. I have never seen defense this bad. What do we have.... 7 turnovers in the last season and a fifth.

I know it’s hard to think of but we need to let Allen go. He’s either not good anymore or not trying. I think people are scared to piss him off because he’s so media friendly but he is simply not good enough to be our top guy. Daron could be better too but he’s doing better than Allen. Bottom line is for their entire careers we’ve heard how great the line is but they have never really been that great for any period of time. Move on get capital and let Newton take over.
