    Hi, I'm turkish/serbian and if I may your coffee is not ground enough. It has to be like a very thin powder.

      Same i found it a little bit odd that they didnt ground it thinner

    No disrespect but try using cold water instead, and don’t mix the coffee while it’s brewing

      Not enough heat for crema. If they had it, they would have filtered it out anyways.

    May i ask whats the point for the sand? Would love to know

    • @mengzor
      @mengzor 3 года назад +2

      Its hot/heated. You can see towards the start of video she uses a heat-gun to read the temp of the sand

    • @firstman9273
      @firstman9273 3 года назад +3

      If you are in a desert with no heat source, the sand is free heat for your coffee. If you are in a city with gas stoves there is no point. The water will always boil at the same temperature approx 100deg C

    • @RebulLovely
      @RebulLovely 3 года назад +3

      By putting it in the sand you have an average amount of heat in the whole pot. You’re coffee is going to heat up equally like that and will not burn. Therefore you‘ll have a better taste.
