@@rosephillips9947 lol when I was younger like 22,I would bring a big dinner for lunch at work. I would eat and don't want to do nothing after lunch,too full and food too heavy. So I started eating light, like turkey sandwich,doritos,oatmeal pie, apple,orange. That's how I became a good worker by having the energy to do it.after work, I would eat a big cheeseburger and fries.and 30 years later, I still eat light at work lol and move around better and just turned 49 last Saturday.
