I definitely see more things, like you said, and they are not pretty. It’s sometimes hard to focus on the good when the negative is so evident, but like you said, the ability to consciously choose what to focus on is now called for. Thanks so much, Tim! ❤
Great talk today Tim. I agree with your take. As someone who has been doing entity clearance for ages, now I find it is common to pick up these foreign energies and the amount of times this happens has increased exponentially. My universal/karmic teaching in 2012 meant I had to carry a nasty one for ages before I could get it shifted. But the experience though really tough, taught me how to do the work. I wake up sometimes after working on night clearance of the astral plane. I can have white streaks in my hair temporarily and feel, totally wrecked. When I recover my hair returns to normal colour. I have no conscious awareness of what I'm doing at night time but I know I'm doing it because one night I awoke suddenly, sat straight up in the bed and shouted 'I cast out all evil spirits'. Then the picture fell off the wall. Even now I can wake up with ethereal parasites or gremlins on me but the difference now is I notice and can clear them straight away. I want to reassure lightworkers that tough entity experiences can teach you how to stand in your power. You with your Divine team have this power when you do the inner work and come into alignment. So remind yourselves to be proud when you notice these energies and clear them. They were attracted to you because of your huge light. ALOHA ❤

Thankyou Tim the bit on picking up energies is very apt for me and has been since last year.However I have been in a meditation group and instead of the kind way you spoke about this,there has been a kind of shaming going on about picking things up by the person who takes the meditation. Now I accept any responsibility on this but when this is very new to you it really is almost impossible to keep a lid on.This has lead to not wanting to do it anymore as it's getting a bit much and I'm coming away feeling unhappy.
