Thanks Robin, great video. I grew all of my veggies in containers this year. It is hard to pick a favourite! But I would say Red Onions and Potatoes have to be tied for first place.
I like container gardening. My most prolific vegetable is the jalapeños peppers. I can't eat them but once they start producing, they are prolific until cold weather. At least a gallon bag of peppers per plant.. My Bea Balm also grows better in a container. Some rodent has killed the the ones planted in the ground each year so I put one in a container. Columbine too grew well in a container. And geraniums. I can put the containers in a shed for the winter and bring them out in spring.
I've been trying to grow Okra here, but it just doesn't want to grow. We had tons of it in Arkansas and I thought I'd be a smarty pants and grow it here. I'll keep trying! 💗
@@containingmygarden I can't get mine past the seedling stage, so I can't get them outside to the sun 😂 But it took me a few tries to get my leeks to work and now I have beautiful leeks from the garden (harvested 213g for tonight's dinner!). I won't stop trying 💗
Even though you don't live in the U. S. anymore, I'm still wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving. I grow everything in containers.
Aww, thank you so much! And Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours 💗
I’ve been ground growing years and this year grew more in containers and loved how clean my produce came out 😄
That's fantastic! It is easier for me and I love how easy everything is to harvest 💗

That's great that everything is great! What a win! 💗

That's fantastic! I think there's a hidden treasure there about containers - they get pooh-poohed a lot but I just love mine 💗
Thanks for sharing. I've experienced a lot of positive outcomes. Okra was my favorite thing to grow in a container😊

@@robinscontainergarden If this helps at all, it likes direct sunlight I had to learn that.
