Thanks for asking but I have right now packed this for another home and will only open this in a couple of months from now. You can cast from within an App using Chromecast or use a Mirroring app to cast the screen.
In that budget you can get the amzn.to/49ZyKul which is ok for the price. But you can get so many better Tvs from Hisense and TCL in that budget. Specially Hisense Q7N which is a much better TV in that budget.

For Tata Play or Airtel or Jio to watch all major channels minimum you have to pay 500 every month plus for 24 OTT average monthly cost to pay will be more than 300.. In this case, I would just go with what is cheaper as both of them are the entry level TV's in terms of feature set from these respective manufacturers.

MOre or less, the TV can do 4K but the Apps are not optimised to take advantage of that.
