This disappoint with nova management appeared in my mind since 2023
1)in 2023 spring.They used a strategy in game but failed a lot of time and they still didn’t realize their mistakes.Thats because the coach is too traxh.
2)The coach (called HMX) pressured Jimmy and did something to weaken Jimmy’s IGL power.Jimmy then left nova because of no one is listening to his IGL
3)The team constantly made same mistakes,but in 2023 summer nova has no coach.The teammates can’t perform better
4)2024 spring,nova forced order to be the IGL.But order’s IGL isn’t good and this weaken his close range power.Order always lose 1v1 so he lost confidence.The stats of himself drops a lot.
5)Keep changing lineup in the end of the season.The fact is nova members don’t know who will be the IGL during pel spring finals.Isnt it ridiculous?I heard their conversation:who will be the IGL in the next game.Because of the inconsistency of the team lineup,this team is ended.
In conclusion,paraboy ,king,Jimmy these core members leave nova is because of the weakness of the club.Nova only thinking how to make money,not focusing on the pel competition results.Order wanted to leave also,but unluckily no club interested in him this season.

lol the question is not are they ready for Pel. It’s “Can they qualify for PMGC at the end of the year. There are 4 Chinese slots in PMGC let’s hope China can fill all 4 and please don’t let TJB come again, I hope Tianba, KONE, KSG, (JDE, or TT) can fill top 4
